    My package PG2419501738886018 was scanned in their warehouse on July 21. There is no further shipping status update. I keep getting the same system message from customer service saying they will expedite the shipping, while no shipping service is provided. The package value is over $1100, so I wish the shipping company could confirm if they lost my package. If they lost it, they should give me compensation for the package value and the shipping fee.

    Back on July 26, 2024 I placed an order through TikTok. I never received the order because this website stated there was a problem with the delivery so they automatically sent it back. They claimed they needed an access code to deliver and thats a lie. The claimed that they attempted to deliver around 8:40 pm. My family was home and no one attempted to deliver to my address. We have gates that stay open around the clock just because of the amount of deliveries that come through my neighborhood. I have not received my product nor the money that I paid for it.     Package was supposed to be delivered July 24th. But a driver came to my apartment 10:45pm, which is an unreasonable time to deliver a package, and said he cant access the building. I told him he can just leave it at the front door because there is no way for him to access the building unless I let him in which Im not doing that late at night. Then he doesnt leave even leave the package and takes it back, they said they will reattempt delivery but they havent even once. I tried calling them multiple times and their call people are rude and have no valuable answer on my package.

    My package was set to be delivered on 7/21/2024. I received a delivery failed notification. This has been on going since that day, there have been multiple reschedules with the same outcome of delivery failed. I have called multiple times to get the issue resolved with no luck.

    PiggyShip Delivery Driver stole my package. I have him doing this on my apartments security camera. He can be seen delivering the package, taking a photo of it, marking it as delivered, and then taking it back to his car. I have reached out to PiggyShip by phone, where the original number provided was incorrect. After finding the correct number, I spoke with a representative who told me to email them. I emailed, and they have not responded. My order was 61.21$.

    I ordered two orders on the TikTok shop, which were to be shipped through Piggy Express, also known as PiggyShip. Supposedly, both packages have gone out for delivery each day for the past seven days but have never been delivered. I have called numerous times and only gotten through to speak with a representative three times. I have given detailed delivery instructions to ease any confusion for the delivery driver, even though I am not sure how difficult it could be as they have successfully delivered to me before. I attempted to call again today to check the status once again. At this point, the packages are each roughly ten days past the estimated delivery date. This time I called, I sat on hold for roughly thirty minutes before I was hung up. I am starting to believe my packages have been stolen. I have asked numerous times for the warehouse's address and offered to retrieve my packages, but they refused to it to me. From what I have researched about this company, it seems to be a sort of "Uber" or "Lyft" business model with independent drivers that just sign up online and use their own vehicles for deliveries. I am willing to bet that my packages are at the house of the delivery driver. Even if he has taken them for the rescheduled delivery, I find it highly inappropriate for the driver to take the customer's packages home with him/her. I do not know for sure that this is happening, but that is what I suspect due to the fact that each time the delivery is rescheduled for delivery, it is at 11:59:59pm, which leaves me to believe the rescheduling is done automatically at the end of each day. I am highly dissatisfied. I have the option for a refund through TikTok Shop, but I do not want a refund. I want my items! The items I purchased were bought during a sale time and I would be unable to purchase the sale items for the discounted price if I was to reorder.

    Package has not been delivered. Called over 5 times and was only able to reach a representative once. Email was automated and made no sense.

    I have a package that was supposed to bee delivered through this courier. However, during the first attempt a notification was sent stating my address was undeliverable and *** never had an issue with any courier delivering to my address. The second attempt, the company stated that the package is out for delivery. It it now 7:30pm and the package still have not been delivered or they have not provided an update. I contacted customer service and they pretty much gave me the run around saying the package will be delivered tomorrow. I asked why? If the status is showing its out for delivery now It just didnt make sense to me. The representative stated the driver is delivering packages one by one which that didnt make sense to me either. At this point, Im beyond frustrated with their customer service. Its horrible

    I have had a notification twice that my items are out for delivery but then they never deliver them. I have never had this problem with ****. I want a refund if I am not going to receive my items.

    piggyship was supposed to deliver a parcel to a business address (tracking number *************). They did a first attempt on May 27, 2024 which was Memorial Day when businesses are closed. They messaged me and I told them specifically that this is a business address, and that they should deliver during business hours. They made a second delivery attempt on Sunday June 2nd at 5:11PM (which again is on a Sunday when businesses are closed). They claim that they delivered the parcel and handed it to the customer. I am the customer, and I was not at the business on that Sunday, so they are lying, as a I never received the parcel. They initially got back to me by e-mail, but after they realized their mistake, they just stopped responding to my emails.
