    I ordered two separate packages from this company. Both on September 9th. After not receiving my packages that were said to be arriving on the 16th of September I received no notification about the packages whereabouts. I then proceeded to call customer service, waiting on hold for about an hour, asking what has happened to my packages only to be told they were delayed. After asking them if they can give me an expected an updated date/time for delivery, they said it was up to the manager to decide. With our giving me any information on the whereabouts of my packages.

    they are shipping company their ad said will delivered the package within 15 business days, and the package that I paid myself, and they said if the package lose will refund me the amount that I paid otherwise will give me refund,and I shipped at ****** 3rd,2024, now is September *******,and I did contact them so many time,more than ********************** wait to deliver,after Augest 20,they just no one pick up the phone, and till now I did not get the package and the refund, and I contact the online customer service they keep saying they are working with that,but now its more than one month,the problem still there, and if I did not contact them,there will be no people flow up my case! and their system know how much I did purchase and what I did purchase,and I think they knew the amount that I paid just stolen my package! I just need my money back!

    I placed an order through the Tik Tok Shop on August 27, 2024. The order shipped 8/27 and was transferred to the local shipping provider on 9/4/2024. Two days later the order was out for Delivery on 9/6/2024. No attempt to deliver the package was made and at 23:59:59 that night the order status was updated with "Package failed to be delivered." on their website **************** however the tracking provided by the vendor's tracking information shows "Package rescheduled for delivery." I called on 9/7 and spoke to someone who said they would escalate the issue, verified my shipping address, business hours of operation and hung up abruptly. Several attempts to get updates ended in their **** giving me answers like "it is what it is." Package went out for delivery again on 9/16 same thing happened. No delivery attempt. This isn't a vendor problem but a shipping company problem. Employees are all work at home employees where the only tools to escalate are submitting request via "******" and their platform. No option to pickup the package at a warehouse. Still waiting on my package and I have another package that is also being delivered by this company that I can no longer trust.

    This so called shipping company is an absolute JOKE. I ordered some things from ****, which I have done many times before without issue. 99% of the time they ship **** or **** This time however, they sent 4 different shipments through this PiggyShip. I immediately started to have issues. They dont update tracking, they hold packages in the warehouse for a week after the date it was supposed to be delivered, then it is either delivered, delivered to the wrong address, or marked as undeliverable. Ive had all 3 happen to me. The last one was the worst. The *** literally argued with me that my address did not exist. Like, Im pretty sure it does. I live here. I get mail. I have a front door with the address listed on it. I have received literally hundreds of packages, food deliveries and groceries to my address without issue. Now, when I contact them about said package, they ignore me. Totally unprofessional company. They need to be shut down permanently.

    Hello, my name is ******** ***** and this is my first experience with Piggy Express and it has been horrible. My package has shown no update since August 27th. I have spoken with a piggy agent via chat and phone numerous times. On Thursday September 5th via chat I was told that a request for my shipping to be expedited was sent and I would receive my package in two days. On Saturday September 7th I was told via phone by an agent that the driver did not get the message and the manager would be notified to get in contact with the driver to tell them to drop my package off. Its been over two days so I reached out again and before the agent hung up on me via a chat I was told that none of that happened and I just needed to wait and that there was no manager for me to speak with. So I called hoping to get a better agent and he explained to me that they dont have access to the warehouse or the managers because they are in ******* and he hopes I get my package. This is absolutely unacceptable in this day and age of technology. So all in all I was lied to this company and then wished luck. My tracking number is attached and my zip is *****. That is necessary to get any info on my package. The agent I spoke with today said that my package made it to the warehouse in ******* and he has sent them messages about my package but they are not responding. They have a warehouse in ************* and ***************** Ga but he doesnt know which warehouse it was taken to and doesnt have contact info for either location. If you go online it is almost impossible to find any information on this company. This was a large order from Temu and even with a refund I can not get some of the items again and they were gifts for my daughter. I have heard things about delivery companies taking packages and I feel like that is whats going on. All of the lies and the fact that is just disappeared I just dont know what else to do.

    Good Day,I placed my order on Tic Tok on August 16th, and I have been waiting on my order from PiggyShip since August 21st. It appears on the tracking that it is still sitting idle to date. I did contact them on September 3rd and they assured me they would expedite shipping and to date I haven't received it. When I contacted them again on September 5th and there was no response. I all I need from them is my package.Thank you in advance,********

    I ordered a package on August 16th and was supposed to receive it on the 30th. Here it is the 3rd of September and I haven't received my package. I've called numerous times and no one knows anything but the fact that it's in their warehouse and been there since the 26th of August

    This company is horrific I still dont have my package and Ive been hung up on at least 10 times today when trying to contact the company to see what the issue is. I have no idea where my order is or when it will be here because it doesnt update you for days. This company needs to be shut down. There is no way they arent at minimum stealing peoples property

    I had a package that said it was delivered by PiggyShip, there are photos of my package in the open parcel locker, and a photo of my info in the computer system, yet I never received it and was never notified of it's arrival. When a package is entered into the computer system for our apartment building, we are sent automated emails and text messages with a code to use to retrieve the package. I was never emailed nor texted, and our leasing office has no record of the package being entered into the system. This means that the delivery person took the photos, then took my package. PiggyShip initially responded telling me to request a refund from the seller, the seller told me it wasn't their responsibility, I emailed PiggyShip again and have not heard back.

    My Girlfriend ordered an item from Tik tok shop, product was sent via piggy express shipping, days passed the expected delivery date we called to find out where the package was, first they say the driver still had the package and did not deliver it and when we called again they said its not lost but we cant find it. **************** employee was laughing the whole time said they couldnt do anythingthey even went as far as to hang up. They would not allow me to speak to a supervisor.
