    Friday, 10/27/2023 Details of Repair Request Issue with Cowin Audio SE7 BT Headphones. Purchased 06/14/2023; Order # ***** for $69.00 + Apex Earbuds (No Problem) $48.99 - Total $110.17. Issue Left SE7 Ear Cushion stitching has torn off. Detailed email sent Mon. 10.16.23 12:15 PDT sent to *********************************** Registered both products on 06/17/2023 15:38 pm PDT - Stated Warranty 24 months. Called multiple ************ to Cowin Audio TCS #: *************** - starting on Mon. 10.16.23. 5/6 times my call was just DROPPED & HUNG UP ON w/out any explanation. Can document from my T call HISTORY on smartphone. Contacted Cowin Audio Website: ************************************** on Tues. 10.17.23. Documented receipt that my REPAIR REQUEST was inputted in their system. No communication back from Cowin Audio at all as of Fri. 10/27/23 12:30 pm PDT. Request: I want Cowin Audio to honor their WARRANTY & REPAIR POLICIES. Can it be repaired or does my Cowin Audio SE7 BT Headphones need to be replaced?     I purchased headphones as a gift for daughter's birthday on 9/13/2023. She tried them and said the quality was not good. I have been trying to reach them to return them, but there is no way to get ahold of them. I filled out the form online several times. I have emailed them. I have tried to call them, but after waiting a couple of minutes the call always hangs up at the exact same time. They indicate they have a return policy, but there is no way to actually do it or reach anyone there. I have not received any information back from them.

    Sept. 4, 2023 I purchased the Cowin E7 B active noise-canceling headphones from their website. I paid $51 which is about $30 more that I usually pay. I only went over my regular budget because I had heard of Cowin for a few years and every time I looked on the website there was a majority of positive reviews. I received my headphones Sept. 8, **** (Order #*****). Thought they looked as advertised, after trying them, I noticed the sound quality was not even that of my usual $20 pair. I also noticed the noise-canceling feature didn't work, and decided I wanted to return them. I went through the process of filling out the return form and emailing Cowin but never heard back. My first email was sent Sept. 15 2023 (with screenshots of filled out form attached). I've sent three more since then (last was Sept. 18th 2023) and haven't heard anything as of today. I felt they were ignoring my emails so that I couldn't make a return within the 30 day the website return policy said customers were ***********. It was very difficult finding a phone number, but when I did, I got an automated voice message and then I was hung up on. This happened twice. It was clear to me at this point that the company was trying to make returns seem impossible but I really don't want these headphones and would like my money back.

    On August 5, 2023 I ordered a pair of headphones and a pair of earbuds from their website. The headphones were shipped via **** and were received. The earbuds were shipped via *** and were not received. *** tracking information said the box was empty and was being returned to the shipper. I reported the issue to PayPal, and sent at least three emails to Cowin describing the issue and requesting that they resend the earbuds or issue a refund. I also incurred a $4.99 shipping charge that is still pending on my credit card site. The total refund that I requested was $39.99 for the earbuds and $4.99 for the expedited shipping charge.I found it odd that there were the expected email exchanges from the time I placed my order until initiation of the complaint. There has been no contact whatsoever from the company from the time I notified them on August 10 describing the issue with Order *****. They do not have a Chat function on their website, and their phone number does not connect with a live person or even a recording. There appears to be no customer service, but someone must be processing orders. They just refuse to answer.

    I purchased a set of noise cancelling headphones through the COWIN website (order # *****) but they did not fit properly. I want to return them, and have tried to email them several times. I filled out the return slip but no one responds to confirm. When you call the number to get a customer representative, it hangs up on you and will never reach a person. There have been several reviews about this company with that very same issue. I just want my money back that I paid for them as they were very expensive.I live in a nursing home and am having them help me with this issue, which is why the contact email is different than my name.     We purchased headphones from CowinAudio direct from their website, ***************************************************************************************. When we received the headphones, we wanted to return them because they did not fit properly. Per the return policy on the Cowin Audio website we could receive a full refund within 30 days of receiving the headphones. Per their online instructions, we submitted the return form on the website and were supposed to receive confirmation that they received return request and instructions on next steps. However, we have not received any follow-up email. I have submitted the return form three times and emailed their support email address four times and have not received any response or acknowledgement. We are running out of time with their 30-day return/refund policy - the headphones were delivered on June 30. I tried calling the company and the number is incorrect / fake number. I would like to receive a refund for the headphones - $74.99 USD. Order # *****.

    I purchased Cowin SE8 Noise canceling headphones s/n X002I9UGGP, order #***** on 06/21/2022 directly from www.cowinaudio.com. The warranty states that when purchased there will bed a 24 month warranty. When trying to contact the company due to a defective product, 3 emails were never returned and aproximatly 15 phone calls after being placed on a call queue would be disconnected without ever getting thru.

    On March 22, 2023 I placed an order for two Cowin E 7 Active Noise Cancelling Bluetooth over the ear headphones for S49.99 apiece. I received an email that one item was on its way and the dark green pair was mailed on March 24, 2023. I received the dark green pair but I have not received the black pair. I have emailed them with no response You can't reach anyone. Why have I not received my black headphones? My order number is *****.

    On March 30th, 2023 I purchased a pair of headphones from Cowin Audio for $71.99, and received those headphones on April 6th, 2023. Order #*****. The company has a 30 day money back guarantee return policy. On April 23rd, I followed directions from their website to contact ***************************************** to request a refund. I followed up on that request on April 27th, 2023 and filled out their online form to formally request a refund. I followed up again on May 5th, 2023 and have yet to hear from the company. It is now May 13th, 2023 and the 30 day return window has closed and I still have heard nothing from Cowin Audio. I would like my money back.

    I went on cowinaudio.com website looking for a pair of headphones I picked out a pair put it in the website cart with my personal info but I never pressed purchase I never gave my debit card info the cowin audio website dont have a cancel or delete option on the website cart they have my info and texted me a message from this number *********** I had a item in my cart I never agreed to purchased the website dont have a cancel or delete option from the website cart they refused to delete my personal info my name address and phone number I never agreed to the purchase of a item in the cart I want my name phone number and address taking off their website that would be fraud if they try to charge me on the item in the cart
