    I purchased the*** noise-cancelling headphones on Aug 6 and received them on Aug 12. They were okay but the quality was not great and the noise canceling didn't seem to do as much as they claimed. I filled out the return form around Aug 18 with no confirmation or next steps given. I then emailed ***************************** to inquire since I never heard anything. They did not respond. I submitted another form and emailed again on Aug 22. They did not respond. They then sent me an email asking for feedback and it said you could reply back to that email if you needed help. So I did and of course, did not hear back. I then went on their social media channels and found the ********************** email. I sent them another email on Aug 23 explaining the situation and that I haven't heard back. Surprisngly, they did reply this time and asked for the order number to pull up my order information. In the same email, they then went on and told me how to locate my ****** order number. I ordered directly through the site, not through ******* which I replied and told them still on Aug 23, with a screenshot of my order confirmation that included my order number.. We're back to not getting a response so I followed up with another email on Aug 25. Today (Aug 29) I sent another email, separate from the previous threads, again explaining the situation and that I didn't purchase through ******* etc. I'm extremely fed up and wish I would've checked out the claims on *** before purchasing and wasting my money. They also claim to have 24/7 support which is not even clickable and easy returns with a 24-month warranty.

    After I found out this business is actually based in China and I oppose doing any business ************************************************************ I asked the company cancel my order. This cancelation was requested the same day I placed the order. I contacted the company multiple times via the contact info provided with my order to confirm they had canceled. No response. Zero. Now the item has shipped and they charge a ****** restocking fee plus the cost of shipping, and you have 30 days to return but you have to receive a confirmation of the return before you return via the same email I have gotten no response from.

    I ordered a set of headphones from them and when they arrived, they were terrible quality (not broken, just not good.) I followed the steps in the Return policy stated online. It says to fill out an online form and then include a copy of said form in the box when you return. After you fill out the form, you get nothing...no email or anything so you can't include it in the box. I have reached out to every support email I can find, including a PM on ******** and writing on their ** page. NOTHING. I don't want to just ship this back without any documentation in the box but my "30 day return window" is running out.
