I have attempted to contact cowin audio by phone and email and on the website. I have filled out a request for a return within the 30 day window on their website. There have been no responses from the company. I have called seven times and been disconnected every single time.Initial Complaint

Purchased a set of $80 (plus shipping)Cowin noise canceling headphones on 3-16-23. Tried to contact company through their support email listed on the site to cancel order within the hour of purchase. Received no reply. Contacted them again several times through their support email address to cancel order, still no reply. Received the order 3-22-23. Have filled out their return form 3x and emailed their support with each form to initiate a return. This company clearly states on their website they offer returns, exchanges, and product replacements. They clearly do not. Honestly all I want is to return a product and hold them accountable for pretty blatantly stealing peoples money and false advertising of services.Initial Complaint

I ordered an E9 headset from Cowin Audio on 2/10/2023. I have yet to receive the headset. I emailed them on 2/23/23 and I still haven't received a response. I checked the status of the package after emailing the and it said it hadn't shipped. There is no contact phone number and no way to get a refund or find out where the headphones are. I didn't have any problems with them before, as I had order two sets of headsets before, with the latest set being from 2019. It would be great if the order could be delivered or refund the order.Initial Complaint

Bought the Cowin E7 headphones as a gift for my wife for $82 on 2/1/23 . They arrived and NONE of the functions work, it took 5 trues to get the Bluetooth to pair with her phone and it only stayed connected for about ******************************************************************* that 15-20mins they paired there was a high pitch tinny sound echoing, the supposed noise cancelling did not change a thing, and I tried to call her on them and we couldn't hear each other (in the same house on different floors...upstairs and main floor). To top it off my wife said they were super heavy and uncomfortable, pushing on the top of her head even with only wearing them for a few minutes.I have contacted the company 10 times via the emails provided on the order email and the shipping slip and even had my wife attempt to message them on ********* with NO responses. I'm at a loss and am ridiculously frustrated with this company. We just want to be able to return their garbage product and get our money back.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on January 6th, but due to incomplete address, it was not delivered. According to the tracking, it has been returned to the sender since. I have attempted to contact the company twice through their main email, once through the contact form on their website, and once more through their alternate email for Amazon purchases, and over three weeks later they have yet to respond. I have even attempted to call support and leave a message, but that too has been fruitless. There is no other way to contact them, and I would still like the headphones, but if nothing else my money back. The purchase was quite expensive.Initial Complaint

I bought my second pair of Cowin headphones November 2021 as Christmas gift for $81 because I never had an issue with my first pair. After 2 months they weren't holding a charge and then eventually couldn't be charged at all, there was no damage or reason. I've tried to contact the company multiple times over the course of the year through email and phone with no response. I've also unsubscribed to their emails multiple times, because I will not be purchasing from them again, and they continue to send me ad emails.Initial Complaint

I purchased two audio items from Cowin (headphones and earbuds. I tried them out after they arrived for a couple days, but I had a few issues:
1. The headphones were not as noise cancelling as I expected/hoped - there wasn't much noise cancellation at all, even after experimenting with the different settings.
2. the headphones, nor the earbuds fit comfortably in/ around my ears.
Cowin's return policy states that if I am not happy with my purchase I can return them to a specified address within 30 days after purchase, but the return has to be confirmed on their side first via email ******************************* and I had to complete a return form on their website. I did all of this initially on September 17th. I have tried to email the company and have had no response or confirmation about starting my return process. I have tried calling the customer service number and have had no answer. The lack of confirmation, communication, and return process has been stressful and frustrating. I would like to return my purchase and receive a refund.Business Response

I've purchased from Cowin Audio before and was pleased with the over-ear headphones to the point that I wanted to purchase in-ear buds to compliment them (order date ********** delivered on ********** order #XXXXX). When the buds arrived they worked as intended until they stopped working a couple of weeks later with normal usage. I had already filled in the extended warranty form online *** months extended warranty and ****** full refund) for them when they arrived and wanted to have them replaced. I replied to the support email provided from the delivery confirmation email on 8/16/2022 but did not receive a response. I searched for other support emails and replied to those as well and still no response. I even called the support number and that seemed very sketchy as there was nothing that identified the number being associated with Cowin. Begrudgingly I left a voicemail explaining my situation and my callback number, still no response. To this end I would still like to have the earbuds replaced but if that fails a full refund would be preferred. Thanks.
