I ordered a pair of shoes off of GOAT on 08/27/23. My shoes were said to be at *** on Friday when there were no updates on Monday I was skeptical. I tried calling a bunch of times no answer. So I looked up the reviews & found 9 others with the exact same problem. Theyre purchases from GOAT as well. Ordered a package from GOAT on 7/23 and package still has not arrived. The tracking information provided is vague and gives no updates on the whereabouts of the package. I feel like this company is a bogus organization that steals packages. There is no way to contact them. Calls go unanswered and you will only receive an automated reply via email. *** I just received an untruthful response from this company stating they are not the correct company for this complaint. I have now taken a screenshot of the **** delivery company website and tracking information via supporting docs attachment showing that they are indeed the correct delivery company. Please provide me further tracking information about this order you claimed was delivered on your company website. Please see supporting attachment from your company's website for Tracking Package #ECGGHXX013263984***I placed a shoe order with Goat. For delivery Goat used **** Global Express. On today, July 26, 2023, I received an email delivered notification, which is odd because I work from home and today I worked outside on my front porch/deck and received all of my packages and none from **** Global Express. They only delivery service trucks that has come into this neighborhood today has been Amazon. I tracked my order # ECGGHXX013263984, again it came up as delivered, but no one has come into this neighborhood from **** or to my front porch to where I am currently sitting and have been all day. I have contacted ****' number and called over 20 times and each call I was sent to a voicemail box that is currently full and not taking messages. From the other complaints I have read, it is apparent that this company has been apart of theft and stealing products. I have already reached out to Goat since this is the company they selected for shipment/delivery. This company **** is non-existent and has committed theft and fraud.Initial Complaint

I had a shipment delivered from Amazon Japan using this ECMS I got delivery notice but my shipment was not left at the front like stated in delivery notice, I have contact ECMS and was not able to talk to customer service so I left a message that was three days ago I attempted to contact ECMS and now I cant even leave a message. I believe this logistic company does even have people working there
