    I ordered a pair of shoes about a week ago on goat and stil havent received my package and it says completed on goat but when Im tracking it it says left facility Arrived at facility left facility arrived at facility and left again this doesnt make sense I want my money back if it isnt gonn be delivered

    I ordered a pair of shoes from GOAT on June 18, 2023. I have ordered from them many times and never had a problem from them, and this complaint is not towards them. The shipping company that was chosen, ECMS Global, though, is. Once my package came into the US on June 25, 2023, the tracking update says Shipment is tendering to third party carrier for final delivery. It has been saying this for the past 4 days. I called them today about a dozen times no one picks and up and I cant leave a message because the recording says the mailbox is full. I also sent two emails the day prior but I have had no response. This is wholly unprofessional and I want a response by the company telling me where my package is.

    I ordered a package from GOAT about 2 weeks again and I got a message saying that my package was delivered Friday evening, and it is now Mondays and there has been no sign of my package. I have tried to get in contact with the company plenty of times but they have not reached out to me

    I ordered from the goat shoe company some **** panda shoes for a total of $226.00. Everyday the update says its left ***********. I checked my order status and The site is saying delivered but I never received my order. Tracking #ECGGHXX013018723 I need some answers as to what happen or a full refund !!!!! Tried reaching the company but it goes straight to voice message

    I ordered sneakers from the company **** and I have never had ANY previous issues with any of my multiple sneaker orders from them. This was the first time my order was shipped through **** and I immediately noticed an issue. For one, my tracking information went days and days on end with absolutely no updates or information. Once updates began to show up on the tracking information, it gave me weird information like stating that my package has arrived and left at the same facility multiple times. I received news that my order had shipped on June 8th and it is now the 22nd. When I finally got updates on my package, it stated that my package was out for delivery yet the location was tagged as *** when I am NOT located in **. A few hours later it stated that the package was delivered with the location STILL as *** and it also updated on the **** website as delivered when I have NOT received my package. I have paid over $200 for a pair of sneakers that have since increased in value and I want to know where my package is as soon as possible. I have filed two complaints with the **** thus far with no helpful information. I have NEVER experienced this issue with ANY other shipping company and I am appalled that I have to even address and deal with this problem when I have paid good money for shipping that should be reliable.

    I ordered these Yeezy slides off GOAT on 6/3/23 and go this tracking number for a company named ECMS I have never gotten a package from this company. But it has been over 2 weeks and I have still not gotten my package which is weird because GOAT usually takes 1 week to deliver my packages. So today 6/19/23 GOAT messages me saying that my package has arrived. I go outside and see that its not there. After that I decide to check the tracking number provided by ECMS and I see that it has not updated at all. So I decided to call ECMS with the number provided on their homepage and I get no answer because their customer service is non existent.

    On may 18,2023 i placed an order on GOAT. Since the shoes have been in ECMS i have no received any updates. Online it says my shoes have been delivered but no shoes nor is there any updates stating a delay with my order. When ive tried ti reach out there isnt any luck.

    Ordered an expensive pair of shoes through a merchant name GOAT. Unfortunately, buyers does not have control over which shipping company delivers at all. This company marked my package as DELIVERED to the merchant- however their tracking number they provided is showing still in transit. This is totally ludicrous and makes absolutely no sense at all. I was informed if this by the merchant (which makes it no better supporting their habit) and this puts a bad impression on both organizations as this is utterly unacceptable and tacky. Ofcourse this shipping company doesnt respond to online inquiries about packages nor answer the phone. Either I get my merchandise within 24 -48 hours, or I will fill a shipping complaint with the commission in addition to a lawsuit in court.
