On April 17th 2023 I ordered a pair of sneakers from GOAT they were authenticated right away. The shipment then arrived to a nearby airport on April 23rd and cleared customs on April 24th. I had to call this company multiple times for the first few days wondering if I can pick up my package from the airport since there was no movement on a package that had already cleared customs for 4 days and it's only a 30 min drive from my destination. After calling hundreds of times I finally reached someone in operations he then transferred me to a woman who said they were still in possession of the package that their transportation team hasn't picked it up. Two days later they tell me they lost my package because they didn't scan it correctly and to tell GOAT to give me my money back. They tried to blame **** but I already had a missing package request with them and I knew they never received the package. After I told them this they changed their story and say they use a third party company to deliver their packages to **** facilities and have 15 missing packages with them at the moment. I ordered shoes from GOAT over a week ago. The seller very quickly sent them to ship and now theyve been on a plane for 3 days. Their shipping says anywhere from **** business days but it looks like its going to be a month. No one answers the phone nor to they answer emails. Ill never ship through them ever again. I ordered a shirt off of goat , Tracking Number #ECGGHXX012206570 and my package still has not arrived, I just need my shirt to come in time for my birthday and this is taking forever, It leaves the Facility then goes back to it just to leave again. cant ever contact, the number does not work. Its just a weird situation because they really should be more professional, someones Livelihood could be in Jeopardy just because of unprofessional behavior and something that they cannot control. I ordered from GOAT on march 19,2023 and they used EMS global shipping to ship my shoes. The shoes shipped through *** and delivered to customer. Problem is I do not live in ** nor have I received my shoes. Getting through to their customer service is Non existent and I rather have a root canal than to deal with them. I ordered a pair of shoes for a gift and item has Bering sitting in pending status for 4 days. Shipment information and tracking seems inaccurate as the time does not align. I wrote it off as a time change difference however unable to reach one. I have called several times and no one answers and voicemail is full. On March 11, 2023, I ordered a pair of shoes from the company GOAT. I've ordered from there several times before and have never experienced issues. They sent me an email saying my shoes had been shipped on March 16th, 2023 and provided me with a tracking number for the company ECMS Global. I have never had anything shipped through them. On March 20th, I checked the status update on ECMS Global and the last update was a flight departure on March 18th. When nothing had still been said by March 23rd, I contacted ECMS by filing a complaint on their website. I received an automated response saying my inquiry had been received and they would get back to me as soon as possible. On March 29th, I called the US contact number that ECMS Global provides on their website a total of 7 times. I was placed on hold by a machine each time and no one ever answered the phone. On my last attempt to reach them via phone, I tried to leave a message for them but was informed (by a machine) that the mailbox was full. I filed another complaint today, March 31st, and received the same automated response. I paid a total of $187.54 for these shoes. The business has made no attempts to contact me and has a horrible phone system.Business Response

I ordered some shoes from Goat on March 15, 2023. Goat was fast with authentication and shipping the shoes, it just became a problem once they were assigned this company. ECMS has had my package stuck for days with no update. The tracking number is useless because it stays the same most days and when it does change it rarely gives you information on your package. I've tried to call and even tried to contact them on their website but they arent picking up the for me nor getting back to me by email.
