    When purchasing computers from CyberPowerPC, it is more like a wish list. The items listed on their website do not represent their actual stock in the warehouse. What the organization does is sell you your "wish list" then if the item is out of stock, will delay your order and try to upsell you on a higher priced part. Do not order from this company as they are deceptive. They take your money up front and delay the refund.

    First RMA email never sent. This was acknowledged by the representative that did get me the information after calling back. Three attempts to work with them to solve the issue with the computer always resulted in them sending me the same component to replace despite it was apparent there was another issue. Requested a refund. Return information was not sent despite being informed it was being emailed at that very moment. I am a repeat customer but never had an issue with their products until now. If this is how they handle the rare occurrence of an issue, then I am a customer no longer.

    Struggling to get warranty support for my uninterruptible power supply. I emailed them a week ago and they responded within 24 hours, but then completely ignored me over a week. I have answered all their questions from the first email and have emailed them three times since getting it to be ignored entirely. Today I get an automatic email saying they haven't heard from me and are wondering if issue persists. Causing me to leave this review. I have the receipts and am going to file a formal complaint in a few days if they keep ignoring me. My warranty ends in a few months for the product I'm having issues with and it appears as if cyberpower is just waiting it out ignoring me.

    I purchased a desktop system costing over $4000. When I received the *** it was great. A little into ownership and I started having issues with the *** I contacted CyberPower *** and went through many different troubleshooting attempts. After weeks worth of work trying to fix it, CyberPower ** finally decided to let me RMA the ** for repairs. After shipping the ** out and being without it for about 3 weeks they sent it back. Upon receipt there was a small amount of damage on the case and the *** I/O panel. I decided that it wasn't bad enough to warrant further complaint or pursuit. Well when they sent it back it still had the same issues as I RMA'd it for. They didn't even fix it. I attempted a few more troubleshooting steps, and still could not fix the issue. CyberPower ** decided to do ANOTHER ***. Except this time the package was damaged by ***, and destroyed $2500 worth of parts. CyberPower ** only provides a BASIC shipping label for ***, and they expect you to package it yourself, but with something this fragile and expensive they need to pay *** to provide shipping and packaging *********** now I have a broken ** that will costs thousands to repair, CyberPower ** and *** have done NOTHING to resolve the issue. Steer clear of CyberPower ** for your custom builds, find a local company such as a Microcenter or something of the sort for these needs.

    Within two years Ive already had to make major replacements to the computer twice. The computer I built myself managed to last a decade and their top end machine cant go a year. I just wanted a computer that wasnt going to have weird quirks from me not building it right and instead Im stuck with a machine that I can barely keep working. **************** is often unhelpful and uncaring. Cant recommend people away from them enough.

    This company allowed their product to go out of their facility packaged wrong where the handles could not be used to carry the computer with care. When we received the computer the package was damaged and when we opened the box it was packed upside down and the case was broken and particles was inside the case. The company will not replace only repair when we did not power it on. We just pulled it out of the box and put it back in with everything it comes with. We contacted the company and they want a 100 dollars for us to send it back and get a refund in 7 to 10 days. They said those are my only options.

    I placed my order on March 6, 2025, on ******, and it was scheduled to ship on April 3. However, after making me wait for almost a month, they canceled my order on the last day without any notice or reason. It was a complete waste of my time. I have bought 3 gaming PCs from them before, but after this experience, I will never buy from CyberPowerPC again.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I bought a $1,600 prebuilt gaming ** February, 22 2024. December 13, 2024 My ** started making some louder humming noises from the back/bottom. I figured out it was the *** fan after a little investigation (it stopped when I powered my ** off, and when I'd bang my fist on my desk, it would stop indicating it was actually a bearing in the *** fan), however, I still messaged their support team. After 4 days of zero response, I sent a second email to my ticket with a video of the noise. I finally got a response from a guy named ***** who told me to just open up the ** to narrow down where the noise was coming from. I explained that I already had done this, that it was the *** fan and the options were: #1. I take out the *** MYSELF (even though if I don't know what I'm doing, this could be DANGEROUS), ship the part in, and they will ship me a new part in 7-10 business days - even though as a part of their warranty, I was supposed to get 3 years of labor and 1 year of parts, but ***** was actually asking ME to do the labor for them. Option #2 - I ship them the entire **, and they will repair it and ship it back, which could take ***** business days. So either way, I would be without a computer for almost a month. Shipping would also be on my dime. He also said if I didn't know how to remove the ***, to just ask a friend or take it to a ** repair shop. Again, on my dime. Don't worry, he also sent me a ******* video, despite the technical support that was supposed to be a part of the warranty offered. After a MONTH AND A HALF of the back and forth (he would take WEEKS to get back to me, there was no resolution. Today, March 20th, the sound no longer goes away when I bang my fist on my desk, and now I have to spend more money to just replace the *** myself. I am going to open a new support ticket because I don't know what else to do. Worst customer service I've ever had. And the most full of c*** warranty I've ever seen. What a ****.

    I bought a computer for about 4k dollars. The graphics card kept crashing, so I sent back for them to repair. I got it back and was having the same issues, so I asked for a refund. They said they would give me a refund but with a 15% restock fee. Mind you, I only had the computer in my possession for about **************************************************** it was being shipped. Also, to get my refund, I had to pay for my own return label, they did not supply. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FOR THEM. IT IS A SCAM.

    Warranty not honored issues since day on this company needs to go stuck with a failed computer I have all the proof
