    **************** is not in ********************** vocabulary. Just received a defective CyberPowerPC today, **************** person stated I would have to either return the computer or the defective GPU at my expense so much for a 1 year parts and labor and shipping that was included in the purchase price. **************** person also refused to escalate this to their supervisor it looks like **** is *** at the company he and **** started...

    My computer was so slow at the start and now it just randomly decides it doesnt want to work. Ill be playing a game and then my screen goes black and my computer turns off. Then I turn it back on and forget the 40 minutes I have to wait until my computer runs almost fine again. DO NOT BUY.

    I bought a gaming pc from cyberpowerpc and was shocked at how bad their quality control is. After waiting a month for the ** to be built, I had to get the graphics card and motherboard replaced twice before it finally worked normally. The repairs were done under warranty so thankfully they took care of the replacements. However, I'm still disappointed by them. Their tech support and sales departments were extremely rude and discourteous while going through the *** process.To top it off, the ** was purchased with bundled offers for games that expired while my ** was being repaired. When I asked if they could issue me a new code, they explained that the event had ended.If you still want to by a ** from them, it might be a good idea for you to check out their pre-************* at BestBuy before you buy from them directly. Be prepared to go through hoops to make sure your ** works as intended. Take photos as soon as it arrives.

    I purchased a gaming pc after 2 months its stopped working so i called and sent it back to them having to pay 106.45 to ship pissed me off, About an week later i get my pc back looking like crap marks all over the pc plus the side panel was damged and i can hear loose stuff in my pc, Please stay away from this trash company you are better off buying an dell

    I purchased a gaming computer from CyberPower PC 7 around July 15 2022, 7 months later the computer completely shut off stopped working completely!! I gave them a call on several occasions took about an hour for them to answer to no avail!!! I tried once again one day after calling them countless times and finally received an rma to send them the computer back had to pay 100$ from my own pocket for a defective 3000$ computer they sold me just so they can take a look at it. A whole MONTH passed and I received my computer back to my surprise they had replaced it with another GPU that wasn't the original component that the computer had in the first place it was a CHEAPER brand that now I have to deal with since I called them to argue about it and they said I quote "we won't place whatever graphics card you want" and I had only asked what the computer originally HAD! HORRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! TAKES AN HOUR TO ANSWER AND TO NO AVAIL WITH MY QUESTIONS!

    I purchased a ** from them with drop off instructions to be at the apartment complex office for a drop off signature. The package was left outside of my door, damaged to the extent that I can see the ** inside of the box with obvious dropping damage to the box. No one has signed for this package am I will not accept it in this condition. They expect me to pay $70+ to return their busted up package which I still have not accepted or signed for. This company is a scam and sell broken busted products. Do not make my mistake buying from this company!

    WORST SUPPORT EVER!

    I received terrible service from "*****", a Tech Support Senior Lead, who seemed bored out of his mind and didn't care that I knew it.

    One of my case fans needs replaced, but the default case fans are unbranded. ***** claimed that "no one" in the company would be able to to tell me what kind of fans were used in my PC case to assist me with finding a compatible replacement. When I asked how no one could know what kind if fans are used, he replied that he hadn't said no one knew, but that they wouldn't be able tell me. What??? I said surely someone can tell me what the fans are... someone has to procure and install them. ***** said maybe the RMA department, but since my warranty had expired he couldn't open an RMA, and without an RMA he wouldn't transfer me to anyone in that department. I asked if he would be able to find out for me, or if there was someone else I could go through... ***** said "that's not in my job description". Again, what??? I asked him for a manager, and he replied that he is the manager and there was no one else he would transfer me to.

    This ranks among the worse service/support experiences I've ever had. I don't know how someone like ***** became senior or lead of anything with such poor service and technical support skills. Reading through other reviews, it sounds like I shouldn't be surprised, and unless CyberPowerPC takes steps to show they care even a little about their customers, I recommend spending your money elsewhere. I personally will NEVER purchase from this company again.
