    No stars at all for this company. They do not stand behind their product. Weve sent the ** to them twice and nothing was done. 1st time they held it for 2 months sent it back they fixed nothing changed nothing we called and they sent us a mailing label to return it we did. Didnt hear from them after many emails finally they said it came to them damaged. WHAT THEY SENT THE SHIPPING LABEL THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSURANCE FOR THIS BEING SHIPPED BACK. FINALLY AFTER CALLS AND TEXT THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT FIX IT CAUSE ITS SHIPPING DAMAGED. We request to replace it they will not do that said its our fault for the shipping damage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!

    $2400 pc bought and from the gate i had issues. Wouldn't connect to a monitor until GPU was reseated and DDU/Drivers were used/re-installed. Finally got it working. 3 months later the power supply LITERALLY exploded. mid gaming, LOUD POPPING sound came from the computer. It shut off and couldn't get it to work again. Blew the breaker and my modem out too. I've had horrible experiences with their customer service as well. **** and ignorant staff who have no idea about the products they are offering advice for. They don't listen. You can literally tell them the steps you went through, and then they ask you "Did you try this?" yes, i just told you I did. refuse to refund the product because its been over 30days

    Awful customer service. I tried ordering from them and even called my bank beforehand to ensure I wouldn't accidentally get any fraud alerts or anything. Waited months to save up enough money to buy a PC from this company only for them to flag my address or IP as "high risk" for no reason. The only reason I can think of is that I recently moved so I had a different billing address than shipping address which they did give a warning about and told me I'd be contacted by sales. I was only contacted to be told my order was canceled due to security risk. Not thinking anything of it, I called my bank to change my billing address, and reordered the *** Got another email after the order was reviewed saying the second order was canceled and that their third party web security company flagged me. I do think it's important to have good security, but this is way too much. Flagging customers who don't deserve it without talking to them about it first to figure out the situation is completely unfair and extremely disappointing. Now I have to find a different PC company who will actually treat me fairly and check with me first if there are any problems.

    Absolutely horrible customer service in every way. Order #****** gaming laptop Z key broke off less than a year in and I hardly used it. Was told "we don't replace parts on our laptops" and that was that. Then 12 months later the screen goes out and they offer some steps to reset the computer which does nothing, and since it is out of warranty they say they cannot do anything. Worst cheap parts and cheaper customer service, I recommend no one conduct any business with these people until they at least start pretending to care about their customers. BUYER BEWARE

    Bought a pre-built unit that came with a defective POWER CORD. When I reached out to their technical support they were slow to respond to the point where after a week of waiting to hear that they were sending a replacement power cord I had to order one myself as I had no response. When they finally decided that my support request was worth their time they wanted to send a new power bank not a power cord. If I had not ordered the power cord I would still have a 35lbs paperweight. They refuse to credit the order for the power cord and gave me the attitude of well you shouldn't have ordered a new power cord

    I must say I am highly disappointed with Cyberpowepc, but i suppose it's my fault for not fully doing research on them to find out how unprofessional they are when it comes to their jobs. This is my first gaming pc purchase and i thought I'd go with cyberpowepc which is now a decision I now regret I purchased my desktop in February of 2023 and got it on march 2nd. I started having issues with the desktop starting March 6th and I contacted them. Fast forward to April 14th i requested for RMA but before then i had many conversations with the Tech and RMA team about the desktop. I spent about 200 dollars to ship the desktop back to them just to have a non-working desktop sent to me on May 24th. They claimed they did many testing and replaced all the parts within the desktop originally yet it somehow don't work which means it was a lie or they never tested the desktop. Cyberpowerpc refuses to give me any type of compensation or refund because I didn't issue the refund within the 30days. But I have proof that I've been having issues since the 4 day of having the pc which is march 3rd until may 24th

    I bought a laptop from this company in 2021. Being on SSDI, I had to carefully budget money and did so for months to buy a machine. I purchased a Tracer IV, I received it in a few weeks. It worked fine, but four months later it began to dim and lose AC power. Okay, I sent it back in, paid the exorbitant shipping fees, and waited five months to get it back. That is nine months into the warranty. I got it back, worked fine for a few months then the same issue began. I emailed them about the issue, and their 'repair' didn't hold.All I got back was a hollow apology and a very succinct "You're out of warrant we can't do anything." Of course, they can't! They spent the vast majority of the time holding my laptop to be repaired. I reminded them that the repair didn't hold, same response. I spoke to several people, same response. So now I have a 1500$ paperweight all because of poor customer service and repair servicing times. But the real kicker is I bought a laptop from **** in 2018, and it still works. Never needed repairs. Ever. How can a five-year-old laptop hold up but I cannot get to use something I paid out the nose for consistently before it fails?I took the laptop to a repair shop, and the guy literally told me I would be repairing this Cyberpower laptop every year. And that it would be 300$ every time. I cannot get a refund for this, I cannot use this. I was sold a 1500$ lemon. Never buy from these people!

    They are without a doubt the worst company that I've ever dealt with. We didn't have the computer for a year yet and it broke, we had to pay to send parts back, this was in February 2023, and still nothing. I've been communicating with them via email and we had 1 person, **** and then got another person, **** and he didn't know anything about our situation and accused us by saying we didn't send the part back.we had to show proof and still haven't heard anything.my son called and someone said they would send us a retail replacement until we get ours back and that was a week ago and still nothing. Never again, will I deal with this company. Worst.

    Can I give negative stars? I would if I could. I purchased second computer in 4 years. Spent over $5200. Came within few weeks. Okay so far so good then day I received it would turn on but no data to monitor. Called them up and they said it would need to be sent back. First I spoke with a woman who didn't know what she was talking about at all. I then really got fed up when this other guy was a complete unprofessional jerk. And then that is when I decided not to have them fix it (turn around time too long for me) and just refund the product since it never worked, and they have the audacity to make me pay for the shipping cost! The customer service is horrible and the policy of return should have a clause in there that if the **** thing doesn't work out of the box then they take the shipping for a return!!! They only take the cost of shipping for repair! Problem is they use *** ground and that's too slow in combination with full turn around time! So horrible experience I will never use them again for any build!

    This company is horrible and cares little about your privacy and security. They requested I email my picture ID, credit card info, mailing addresses, etc. all over a non-secure email server. if you want your personal put out in the digital world, this is the company you need to deal with.
