    I have been trying to contact, Titan Power+, a supplier of smartphone charging cables.
    I have sent them MULTIPLE messages to initiate an exchange, since they have sent me the WRONG cable! I had ordered a 18inch, 90° bend, charger cable for a SAMSUNG Android A53 5G. They sent the WRONG cable!! I only wish to exchange this WRONG cable, that they sent me! (They sent a cable to fit ONLY the older Android cellphones!!)
    I now request assistance to facilitate this exchange.

    After thorough investigation, we were able to find that your complaint was resolved by our support staff on August 24th, 2022.

    A billing adjustment was done on August 22nd, 2022, where we partially refunded your order due to incorrect cable ordered initially.

    We highly appreciate your feedback as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do. As with any business like ours, the greatest advertising we have is word of mouth from a satisfied customer. It's our goal to retain you as a satisfied customer and will hope to serve you again in future.
