      **** in customer service helped me a lot to finalize my claim. The shop was dragging their feet and this is my only car. He stayed on top of things and made sure it got paid out so I can get my car back. Thank you so much *******

      Im completely tired of dealing with this wArrenty company. They are horrible at communicating, there operators are rude, they files tickets and you dont hear from anyone after, takes forever! I currently have a leak in my home, they said they will put in a ticket to send someone, that someone will call me right back and I still havent heard from anyone. Mind you I called the emergency line. They said someone is on call today and will call me, havent heard from no one. At this point this is not the first time Ive had a bad experience with them and its making me want to *** for false claim of Publicizing services you truly dont help your customers with and take there money!
