  Too bad theres not an option for zero stars. Horrible company stay away. Horrible service have yet to have my claim handled been waiting 2 weeks. Claims department and customer service dont know what theyre talking about half the time, different answers are given every time a question is asked, and very rude. Stay away

  Although, my initial experience was not pleasant. I was recently contacted by a Manager regarding this issue. He owned the issue and rectified the situation. He was very professional and showed empathy. He is the reason that I am going to give this company another chance.

  I appreciate the fast and courteous service my Mom received from this company. Within a matter of just a few days everything was taken care of. It would be nice if all insurance companies would show their respect to the elderly instead of take advantage of them. Thanks again.***** M

  I am leaving 1 star because it will not let me do less than that. Service *****, representatives are rude. Called in a service ticket in June 2022 for a broken A/C. Was told that a service contractor would be calling to schedule an appointment. After waiting 2 weeks in 100 degree heat, called Service again to check on the progress of our repair. Again was told that someone would call in a week. Third call resulted a "you just called this in a week ago, someone will call. Was finally told to find a contractor myself. After numerous calls, no contractor in my area would work with this home warranty company. Finally found someone to come out and fix our A/C at a cost of $1,300.00! Trying to file a claim online is next to impossible! Stay away! Stay very far away!!

  Horrible Company, similar complaints as below. Mailed in my refund request, took them over a month to post to my account. Then continues to tell me refund will go out next week until notified of an 8 to 12 week return window. Now going on week 15. Ready to file fraud.

  Ive been with these guys since August 2021 and and I finish paying for 18 months on March 2022 when it was time for them to fix my car they told me I didnt have a policy it was castle of nine dollars didnt never hear from them guys until it was time to pay their are half Can anyone help me to get my money back

  Tried to cancel service the same day set up and the supposed manager ***** belittled my decision and argued with me for ten min and refused to cancel my service after I asked him 15 times. He eventually disconnected the call. ***** was Absolutely RUDE and unprofessional. I will NEVER do business with employees like ***** and I will continue to educate my friends and family about the business this place is conducting. They are scammers and unprofessional

  Integrity admin group IS A FRUAD. It is the worst insurance anyone can have. Please stay away from them. The representatives are truly unprofessional. After paying close too $200 a month we started having troubles around the home. When ever we called it was never guaranteed that they will cover. I had an air conditioner problem and they said someone will call to make an appointment to come out and check it. No one ever called and when I did call they claimed there was a ticket made but wasnt sure how long it will take for someone to come check. I wanted to cancel my policy and this is where everything made a turn. The representative was truly rude and did not allow me to cancel my policy. I hanged up and called again the next representative was the same. She sounded sweet in the beginning and I thought she was going to finally give me the help I needed. But she didnt she was the same as the previous representative and wasnt helping to end the policy.. she even told me to hold my breath while complaining.They just want your money. As of now Im still struggling to end my policy. Theyre not there to help, theyre there to scam.
