      Upon reviewing my credit report, I noticed several inaccuracies associated with the accounts listed. These accounts are negatively impacting my ability to obtain credit. I am requesting that you conduct a through investigation to verify the accuracy and completeness of my information, as required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 USC 1681) .

      Experian received a recent request regarding an individual's credit information that does not appear to have been sent directly by them or to be authorized by them. As a precautionary measure, no action has been taken on the alleged request.

      According to the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, "if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a national consumer credit reporting company is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the company directly of such dispute, the company shall reinvestigate free of charge." Therefore, any inaccurate information can be disputed directly with Experian for free. If an individual believes that information in their personal credit report is inaccurate or incomplete,they should call the phone number that displays on their Experian personal credit report or visit the secure website at ****************************************************************.

      They may also write to the address on their Experian personal credit report. Include the account name and number for any item on the credit report that is being disputed and state the specific reason why the information is believed to be inaccurate. The dispute process may take up to 30 days (45 days when disputing information in the annual free credit report). Once Experian completes the processing of the dispute, they will promptly notify the individual of the outcome.

      Im filing this complaint against Experian for reporting a false repossession and multiple unauthorized hard inquiries. These violations of 15 USC 1681b(a)(2) and 15 USC 1681(a)(4) have caused me emotional distress, credit damage, and ongoing harm.I never gave written or verbal consent to the companies listed below to access my credit. In addition, the repossession showing on my file is inaccurate and unvalidated.?? Unauthorized Inquiries on My Experian File: GLOBALLEND 08/30/2023 GLOBALLEND 07/31/2023 FD/****** FED CREDIT U 06/30/2023 GLOBALLEND 07/05/2023 These credit pulls were not authorized by me and have negatively impacted my score. Under 15 USC 1681b(a)(2), they are unlawful without consent.?? Inaccurate Repossession:Repossession Account #******************************** is reporting a repossession that was never properly validated. No lawful investigation or consumer authorization took place. This is a violation of 15 USC 1681(a)(4), as the reporting is neither fair nor accurate.?? What Im Requesting:Delete all unauthorized inquiries listed above.Delete the repossession account completely.Send written confirmation of the removals.Provide proof if Experian believes these were properly reported.

      I recently reviewed my credit report and noticed an account that was not reporting accurately. I had late payments on an account that I was in fact paid on time. The consumer reporting agencies have need to report all information with complete accuracy. this account has not been late on payments ive attached a copy of my report to this compliant on the following dates 09/23 I demand the payments be updated to paid of time immediately. You cannot report information with knowledge that this information has errors. I have substantials doubts about the accuracy of the information. Please update this account to PAID NEVER LATE!!!

      I am filing a complaint against ************* and Experian for inaccurate and misleading reporting of a collection account in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Metro 2 reporting standards.************* is reporting a collection account with a balance of $17,795 as past due on my Experian credit report, with a status line that reads: Collection account. $17,795 past due as of May 2025. According to Metro 2 guidelines, which govern industry-standard credit reporting practices, collection accounts must not include a past due balanceonly the total balance owed. The use of past due in the status of a defaulted or charged-off debt is false, misleading, and materially affects my creditworthiness.This misrepresentation violates FCRA 1681s-2(b), which requires furnishers of information to report data that is accurate and not misleading. Furthermore, Experian is complicit in publishing this false information, even though it has a duty to maintain reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy under FCRA 1681e(b).I demand that the **** investigate this matter and compel ************* and Experian to immediately remove or correct the false past due designation from this account. Please confirm receipt and provide any updates or documentation related to this investigation.

      This letter is to confirm that I, ******* *****, authorized the submission of the complaint filed with the BBB on 06/30/2025 against ************** and Experian. I am formally requesting assistance from the BBB in resolving this matter.


      My complaint concerns inaccurate and misleading reporting on my Experian credit report by **************, which is showing a collection account with a past due balance of $17,795. According to Metro 2 standards, collection accounts should not reflect a past due designationonly a total balance owed. This reporting is not only false and misleading, but it materially impacts my creditworthiness and violates FCRA 1681s-2(b). Experians continued publication of this inaccurate datadespite being notifieddemonstrates a failure to maintain procedures to assure maximum accuracy, in violation of FCRA 1681e(b).


      I respectfully request that BBB assist in compelling both entities to either remove or correct the inaccurate past due language and confirm whether an investigation has been initiated. I am available to provide additional documentation or clarification if needed.
