This behavior violates my rights under 12 C.F.R. ******** (trafficking/ID theft protections) and 15 U.S. Code 1691b (against sham investigations). The continued reporting of these accounts and inquiries is creating barriers to obtaining credit, housing, and employment.Desired resolution:1.Permanently delete the *********** and ****************** accounts ******** all associated unauthorized hard inquiries 3.Provide written confirmation that the deletions were completed in compliance with federal law 4.Notify all third-party recipients of my credit file that this information was inaccurate and has been removedCustomer Answer

I am filing this complaint due to inaccurate information reported by Experian on my credit report, which violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), specifically 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2.Experian is reporting a series of late payments (30, 60, 90, and 120 days past due) on my Apple Card/******* USA account from May 2023 to November 2023. This information is incorrect. My Equifax credit report shows the same account as paid on time during those same months. This discrepancy indicates that Experian is reporting inaccurate data that could negatively impact my creditworthiness. Under the ****, furnishers and credit reporting agencies are required to ensure maximum possible accuracy in the information they provide. Once notified of a dispute, they must also investigate and correct any verified inaccuracies.I request that Experian conduct a full investigation, verify this information with the original creditor, and correct my payment history to reflect on-time payments for the specified period. This error must be fixed immediately to prevent further harm.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Customer Answer
