      I recently reviewed a copy of my credit report and was astonished to find i had been a victim of identity theft from Transunion i do not reconize these accounts please please remove these from my credit report they are hueting my abilty to obtain credit.

      I recently filed a dispute with Experian for incorrect addresses. After the dispute was completed they deleted ALL of my addresses and now my Experian credit file is not accessible. I need Experian to undo whatever they deleted from *** dispute. I did not want Experian to delete my current accurate address. I have attached supporting documents to this complaint. I have attempted calling and can never get a live person.

      I have attempted to contact experian about this issue and have no recourse or way to rectify this issue. I recently submitted a dispute for i correct addresses on my credit file after the dispute was done experian deleted all of my addresses on my file. This is making my credit file error out on their website. I have attached supporting documents for my current address.

      Experian received a recent request regarding an individual's credit information that does not appear to have been sent directly by them or to be authorized by them. As a precautionary measure, no action has been taken on the alleged request.

      According to the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, "if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a national consumer credit reporting company is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the company directly of such dispute, the company shall reinvestigate free of charge." Therefore, any inaccurate information can be disputed directly with Experian for free. If an individual believes that information in their personal credit report is inaccurate or incomplete,they should call the phone number that displays on their Experian personal credit report or visit the secure website at ****************************************************************.

      They may also write to the address on their Experian personal credit report. Include the account name and number for any item on the credit report that is being disputed and state the specific reason why the information is believed to be inaccurate. The dispute process may take up to 30 days (45 days when disputing information in the annual free credit report). Once Experian completes the processing of the dispute, they will promptly notify the individual of the outcome.

      I have inaccurate information on my credit report showing late payments. I submitted 2 disputes and requested prove of their investigation showing accuracy of late payments and they did not provide me with evidence showing that they actually investigated.
