      Terrible customer service. The *** I got barely spoke clearly, sounded spammy, and had no idea what he was doing. Super rude and unprofessional. Made everything worse instead of helping. Waste of time.

      They are ok for checking your credit and **** scores with the **** scores generally showing a little higher than the other two however... they are predatory in the offers they push with loans and CC's. The loans are generally lower in % than what you will get with the agency them selves and like the loan I was going to accept and ended up backing out of it, because ***************** jacked the percentage rate up 14% points with payments jumping 134$ a month from what Experian quoted. You can't make an informed decision with BS states that they push for the kickbacks. Had I been quoted the correct info in the first place, I would have not bothered with going through with it and they know it. It's all scam to get you join. Reprise tried telling me that I didn't need to worry about that and it would be great to have a loan for 34.7% cuz why not!! Such BS. Don't use this place for anything other then checking your credit score.

      This place is always trying to hog their Experian pro or whatever but when I needed them to dispute something they sided with the crediting company told the crediting company they were siding with them and then the credit company ended up taking the account off of my report because they realized they were in the wrong... Like experience said they investigated sided with the crediting company in the crediting company is the one who took it off because the crediting company knew they had done me wrong... Like how did you investigate experience? When the company that you sided with then went against your sighting it took it off anyway because they knew they were wrong I knew they were wrong how did you not know they were wrong? Terrible way to do business. How embarrassing

      This company is NOT even BBB Accredited ???? They ask for your SSN# every time you call. Cannot even speak with a live person and they Customer support has an issue with loop. They say they are recording for training purposes but must never listen. Recommend when you call -RECORD THEM AS WELL. I just want to pay my bill, update my info. The more I find out about this company the more frustrated. All similar complaints filed SINCE 2022 ????????? Selected one star rating ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO TO POST THIS- SO SAD.

      This company should be held accountable for charging you for a service they do not provide. You cannot speak to a person and the robot does not help you with anything. Someone needs to hold this company responsible for fraud.

      This credit report company should have all their rights to peoples personal information removed. I have phenomenal credit rating, yet I get misleading emails on the regular from this corrupt agency saying my score has decreased. This is just a phising scam to get you to visit their site.

      THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY. THERE IS NO OPTION TO REACH A LIVE PERSON AND ITS RIDICULOUS. I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT RECEIVING AND I CAN NOT REACH ANYONE TO ASSIST ME. i WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION

      I have been charged for two years on experian - i have to dispute it every month with my credit card company and recently just cancelled the card completely bc of experian. When you call the number, you cannot get a live agent. My social and my phone number do not bring up an account so they say I don't have one and hang up (automated). There is no email to contact and I've even sent a letter to the address they have online only to be charged again and again and have to dispute it again and again. It may be the worst customer service I've ever experienced because there is NO customer service. I'm so frustrated that I have to completely cancel my cc bc of this company and I think people should know. Thank you!

      Locked out of account. System request phone number for text or call for verification - Which never happens. Unable to reach a live person. When I finally spoke to a representative, she said she would transfer me to the correct department. When I advised her I wanted to speak to a live agent she said she was transferring me to a live agent. I was transferred back to the automated system.

      Someone has hacked into my Experian account and changed y login information. Experian instructs you to upload the documents to prove your identity. When you try to upload you are directed to am "error page". But the most frustrating part is that any number you call for Experian, you NEVER get to speak to ANYONE you are just left on hold for hours. I am unable to get into my Experian account which has been compromised and cannot speak to anyone.
