On 6/29/2022 I sent (certified) letters to the consumer reporting agencies asking them to investigate accounts that were in question on my credit report. According to the **** a proper investigation includes; ((e) The term "investigative consumer report" means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumer's credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer.) I received a response stating the item has been updated but it was never verified according to the law. Furthermore a proper investigation was never conducted as every piece of information on my credit report in regards to this account is still not 100 percent accurate. I never gave anyone written permission to add anything to my credit report, as a victim of domestic violence this is a direct violation of my rights to privacy. I am including a photo of the inaccuracies as well as my vehicle title for the account in question.Business Response

If there is information appearing on a credit report that is believed to be inaccurate or incomplete, we must have a specific dispute. Examples of specific disputes are as follows: not mine, paid in full, never delinquent or included in bankruptcy or for public record disputes: not mine, paid/satisfied, vacated or filed in error. If the status dates,amounts, balances or other specific data is incorrect, the consumer should also indicate what the correct information should be. Please specify the item or account name and number.
Please provide the consumers specific disputes along with their complete identification information (Social Security number, full name, current address,previous addresses in the last two years and date of birth). Also, please include one copy of a government issued identification card, such as a driver's license, state ID card, etc., and one copy of a utility bill, bank or insurance statement, etc.

Our records indicate that the disputed information does not appear on the consumers current Experian credit report. A copy of the current Experian credit report is being mailed directly to the consumer for review.
By federal law, consumers personal credit report must list all organizations that have requested the consumers credit history. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (****), entities who have certified to Experian that they have a permissible purpose may inquire about credit information. For example,organizations that have granted the consumer credit or with whom the consumer has applied for credit, or entities collecting on transactions that the consumer initiated or on judgments rendered against the consumer, are permitted to make inquiries on the consumers credit report. Requests for the consumers credit history remain on the personal credit report for at least two years.

All accounts are not reporting the same with all three credit Bureaus.
