      They lead you to believe you are dealing with the vendors directly then they **** up the prices. You're reciept doesnt have an order number on it. They are a fraud. No way to get in touch with customer service. Ive been dealing with this since December??Do Not Buy From tickets.com

      I feel that I was robbed. The tickets were supposed to be 16 dollars apiece. I brought 2 tickets and was charged 62 dollars. The changed price did not show up until after I paid for the tickets.

      Like others have remarked, the display on this site led me to believe that I was dealing directly with the venue. And, of course, they lied about the charge. Not until I clicked to pay did their display indicate that they were charging $300 for what they said would cost $202. DO NOT BUY FROM TICKETS.COM.

      Buyer beware, purchased 3 tickets @ $149.00 each. Final total was $580.50, they added $133.50 with no explanation of such until the email and pending credit card charge. My credit card company cant cancel the transaction and tickets.com wont refund or lessen the fees.

      When buying tickets for a show we were directed to this website unknowingly. Tickets.com charged a service fee of $200 for a purchase of $650. No where during the complicated on line process was it indicated that we would be charged this excessive fee. Buyer beware!! This is a sneaky and mean practice. Instead of a reasonable service charge for the 3 tickets , this company charged a $68.50 service fee for EACH ticket. This is appalling!

      Horrible company that should be put out of business. The cost for 2 tickets was double what I would have paid - if I had bought through **** - which is exactly what I thought I was doing!!!Tried to cancel immediately but to no avail. I'd give them a zero if I could. Never again will I be fooled by this horrid company!!

      Company discised itself on line as "*********** Tickers - Upcoming ****************** Thinking that I had the website for the *********** (*******, **) ************** I ordered the tickets on line. The cheapest tickets for this event was listed at $425 per ticket for 2 tickets (including tax) since we really wanted to see this event. Then today I called the *********** ************* to verify the price paid I was told that the site I purchased through was not related to the *********** ************* but a third party dealer. The price for the tickets through the real ticket officer was actually $92. There is just something wrong about selling these tickets at scalper rates like this. I would never do business with this company again.

      I purchased thinking I was purchasing the tickets from the source. The tickets were 5 times the cost of they had been purchased from the source. Tickets.com is a sponsored website and came up first. Its website looks like the event's venue advertising. There is no way to reverse the order. I fell scammed

      I purchased tickets from tickets.com and 30 minutes realized I had already purchased tickets elsewhere. I called them immediately and asked them to cancel. They refused to do so saying that all sales are final, no matter if they were made accidentally or not, there was a no cancel policy even though i talked to many representatives. I see tickets.com. Represents major-league baseball. Why would *** use them?also, I have no actual tickets and will not receive any tickets until the day before the venue so I dont even know if these are tickets that are good and that I am able to give away to people. No honor among thieves is true hereTotal ************

      I purchased two tickets for upcoming ************ game. I never received a confirmation email. When you call the number on the purchase tab it states to call the venue. I called ********* and they state that I don't have tickets. I don't have tickets on the mobile app, so where are the tickets. I placed a dispute with **** of america to reverse the charge. I
