Everything they claimed to be real including the grade of the gems, was fake. Dont fall for the scam. Very disappointing!

Thank you for your review. We're sorry you feel the items are 'fake.,' however, the items are as described. The stones are real and the material gold-plated as described in the description. We use a stone-tester that displays the stone-material to verify the stones. The stone tester measures the heat retention of the stones which is not something you can see with your eyes. Please note that 'fake' is not a material used in manufacturing. If a jeweler or some other 3rd party told you it was fake by eyeballing the pieces, they did you a disservice. I purchased 5 items: one ladies wacth with no name,auction #*******,one pair of earing auction#******* look like fake jewlery,one pair of earing auction #******* look ok even they too small,one ring auction #******* is OK ,but last one the *********. Designer Necklace is defective.I did send them the return request ,they give me RMA number for return but why I have to pay return shipping fee even it not my fault.PoliceAuctions.com

3 starsI haven't received my items yet but I have had communication with their support center when I forgot what I drunk ordered.. judge me all you want they were very nice and even pointed out that I had bid on the auctions in the middle of the night reminding me that I may have been inebriated. The gentleman was very understanding helped me to locate in the app where I could see what I had bid on and what I had won. I have continued to order from them and as soon as I receive the items I will post on the quality and if there was any customer issues but from what I've experienced so far they've been pretty amazingReview fromCraig B

I bought a ring from this company too. In october of 2023. They told me the diamonds were real and silver. The silver around the Ring. I took it to the **** shop and it is fake all of it. I won't be buying from this site anymore.PoliceAuctions.com

Thank you for your review. Please note the items are as described. We provide full gemology and materials for each item. We test the stones with a portable stone tester that displays the stone material, so we know the stones are genuine. We do not sell 'fake' silver. Fake is not a material used in manufacturing, and you can't measure the heat retention of a stone, which determines its hardness and type, with your eyes. The **** shop no doubt failed to mention this as well as the fact they typically do not deal in gold-plated rings with a silver base material. We realize that a negative opinion from someone standing behind a counter somewhere can seem authoritative, but it's not. The stone-testers don't lie. They will tell you exactly what the stone is, not eyeball and hand it back to you saying it's 'fake.' We're not responsible for the opinions of others. I purchased several items on Police Auctions and I am very weary about it. Why also are there 2nd offers with the prices written? I seriously want all items before they are sent out cancelled immediately. I do not like the reviews one bit. So pls cancel every item purchased and.refund the 100's I paid asap. If the service is as good as you say then after reading this they all will be cancelled so do not send any item to me. thank youPoliceAuctions.com

Thank you for your review. It really highlights the problem with many of these reviews. They make it seem like there are too many complaints. You didn't write a review, you used this forum as a support request to cancel your items based on reviews you read. Fortunately, you did put in a real support request as well and we were able to cancel and refund your items before shipment. We do realize there are a number of complaints plastered here, but keep in mind we have over 8 million users and we conduct over ******* auctions per year. I don't know who they are and where they are practicing. But, for sure they are con-artist and auctioning junk items under the name confiscated items! Which is a total lie.
