After researching many different companies, we selected Centerstone Group based on the positive reviews. Their price was lower and timeline faster than other quotes we received and they delivered!

5 starsThis was the second time we've used the Centerstone Group to exit a timeshare. Just like the first time, they did an excellent job. We were told exactly what was happening every step of the way, and they delivered on every promise they made. Hi my wife and I had got our self in to a timeshare. And like many we were lied too . Started looking around ways getting out of it so while surfing internet came across the CENTERSTONE Group being ***** of getting screwed over again. So we decided move forward and guy over phone told us could take some time cause not all cases are same. Well guess what really didn't take long my wife and I are out of stupid timeshare . They were on ball and had our back whole time and with paying monthly payment they still monitor our credit so that's cool. Its been a wrong decision to get a ********* for obvious reasons. Mistake had been done and regrets had been made. Good thing Centerstone Group is here to help me. And its done im free from my Timeshare. I made the right decision to get this company. I did research and *********** is the best out there. Thank you!Centerstone Group Inc

1 starMy husband and I signed up with Centerstone Group in July of 2021. We did everything they asked us to do and now it is nearly 2025 and we have yet to get out of our timeshare. We basically just gave more of our money away to Centerstone (over $8000.00) and have gotten nowhere. Total waste of time and money. In June 2023, my adult daughter and I attended a meeting as an obligation to a discounted vacation package to ***********. As it turned out, this was a timeshare session. After several hours, in this meeting, although it all sounded too good to be true, I unfortunately succumbed to their high-pressure tactics and purchased a time share. I was having some medical issues at the time, and within less than 2 weeks it was apparent that I would not be able to utilize the timeshare, so I contacted the timeshare. I explained my situation, only to be told I was past the rescission period and could not terminate the contract. I continued to pay the monthly fees, but my health issues began to get worse, and I felt more and more overwhelmed. In January 2024 I started Googling ways on how to get out of a timeshare. Several companies were generated with this search, and based on reviews, I chose to meet with a representative with Centerstone Group. This was the best decision I could have made. Every step of the process was explained in detail. From the start, of sending letters to what would take place if the timeshare continued to decline. I was told it was my decision on whether I should continue to pay the monthly fees, during this process, I opted to stop paying. After several letters, to the timeshare, and countless emails and phone calls, from the timeshare, the contract was finally terminated after less than 8 months. Although I could have chosen to stop paying on my own, I believe, the assistance with the compilation of letters was instrumental in getting them to end the contract. In addition, *** has also continued to provide monitoring of my credit report through ************. I would highly recommend Centerstone Group Inc.Centerstone Group Inc

5 starsThe folks at Centerstone Group got us out of a timeshare in Mexico, and we couldn't be happier! The lies that the timeshare company told us that initially got us into it got us stuck in TWO timeshares. But the attorneys in Mexico retained by Centerstone Group got us out. SO grateful!! This company lied to me stating they knew they could get us out of our timeshare. We do the work and paid them. They just want what you owe on your timeshare. You do all the letters and talking with the ********* company. None of that was discussed when explaining their services. I am sick of all these rip off companies. Be careful they talk a lot of lies of what they can do the success rate is not believable. These people are just taking advantage of a bad situation just to make profits. They are worst than the ********* companies they all are out to get more out of you than you are getting. Save yourself some money and headaches. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They also put you in a contract to collect monies and will not be doing nothing but forwarding letters you can do yourself. Your file is still in process and neither your attorney nor Centerstone Group has stopped any of it's services to exit you from your timeshare. This process in your case has been taking more time than normal but by no means is the process not moving forward. We have reviewed your file and a significant amount of work has been done and legal work continues. If you do not want the process continued, please give us a call and we can stop work immediately. Until then, our teams will be moving forward and your exit will be achieved in the next few months. We are sad you are so displeased. We initially thought we would be tied to our timeshare indefinitely. While the timeshare itself wasn't necessarily problematic, we simply weren't utilizing it enough to justify keeping it. However, Centerstone Group Inc. was transparent and thorough in explaining the legal process for removing the timeshare from our names, ensuring it would not be transferred to our children or heirs in the future. Throughout the process, Centerstone kept us informed of the status and was consistently responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Their professionalism and clear communication made the entire experience much easier than we had anticipated. No additional monies were requested after the initial expense.
