My experience with Centerstone Group was great. They were honest about the process and always responsive when I reached out. Unlike other companies claiming to help me sell my timeshare for $1000s they were honest about what is legally possible and what all was involved. The cost was minimal considering the years of annual extortion fees I will no longer have to pay. Thank you Centerstone!Centerstone Group Inc

I have been waiting 3yrs to get out of my timeshare with Exploria Resort in ** and still today nothing has been done, every time I email center stone group they email me back that they reached out the attorney from ********** and still waiting for a reply themselves This has been a nightmare not sure where all these 5 star reviews are coming from. Yes very nice customer representatives but company itself has not rid of my timeshare and I paid in full for them to complete a job for me. So disappointed & stressful. My credit score has been damaged because I stopped making payments because they told me. Had I known I wouldve just paid the resorts off then hired an attorney directly to sell the resort for me and get me out of the time share.Centerstone Group Inc

I am sorry to see this is how you feel about our services. In reviewing your file, we have been communicating with your ex-husband ********, and you have not been involved at all until you posted this review. If you were involved, you would know that your ex-husband has disrupted this process, refused to cooperate with our process, and alienated the law firm(s) to the point they will only communicate through us. ******** has insisted on cutting our process short and fast track to the law firm which was a huge mistake and likely the reason you are still in the timeshare. When clients refuse to follow our process and advice the results will not be positive. We have reached out to resolve this, but you have failed to speak with our management team to find a resolution.Review fromSherri S
