There are a lot of companies that claim to help you get out of time share and I was sceptical when I hired Centerstone. However within about 3 mths we are free of our expensive TS and the whole process was very simple and we were kept updated constantly of progress. Very impressed!

Feeling embarrassed about purchasing a timeshare, and realizing soon after that it was and would continue to be a greater hit to my budget, I contacted this group for help in exiting my contract. The personnel that I have spoken with have all been very professional and friendly. They have made me so hopeful that I can finally exit and get on with my life. The whole experience with them is wonderful. They helped since the first moment we contacted them. At the beginning we received a complete explanation of the situation and the strategy to present our claim. I know this company has a lot of good reviews which is why I decided to use them. I got suckered into a timeshare and wanted to get out. My biggest issues with Centerstone is I think they charge way too much money for the little bit of work they actually do. Two of the things they had us do I could have done myself. I also feel that the letters they drafted on our behalf really werent that great. I could have done just as good of a job myself. So the fact that I paid them a LOT of money for the little bit of work that they did i feel is outrageous. They know that people will do anything to get out of their contract so they charge a lot. I would probably look for a company that doesnt charge so much.Centerstone Group Inc

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with our service. We have had other customers that upon reflection, feel they could have done what we did for them themselves. The issue here is that timeshare owners do not know what to do which is why they come to us to execute our process. Perhaps you feel could execute our steps now that you have been part of our process but when you came to us you had no idea what to do which is why you asked us to do it. You are also unaware of serval subtleties we incorporate with great affect that you will not even notice or know why they are important. I reviewed your file and we executed perfectly and got you out of your timeshare very quickly and efficiently. That is not always the case so we have to bill for the average file. While you think your fee was high, your fee was actually a fraction of what the timeshare was costing you and since we got you out so quickly, we saved you an enormous amount, more than a normal file. This is the case with all of our fees, they will never be even close to how much the timeshare is costing a client but will reflect the average amount of work it takes to exit a client in a similar situation. Sometimes our team over achieves and makes it look easy. We assure you, it is not and our team is the best in the business!Robert N

The main reason I posted this review is to let people know that they can try doing it themselves instead of paying you an arm and a leg for your services. Even one of your employees said that we probably got out of the contracts because we just stopped paying. Regardless of what you say you did, I know for a fact that you really didnt do much of anything and I would strongly encourage others to not use your services and find someone cheaper because they will probably get the same results.Review fromLinda H

My entire experience with ********* ownership was not negative. My husband and I used it quite a bit. The difficult part was getting out of the timeshare in our later years. Certainly, we tried listing with a fee paid timeshare realty company. We received no contact for a year, just a website I could visit to see my listing. Now what? Centerstone was the answer. They were upfront, professional and did everything they said they would do, including the timeline. Their website explained the process, the interview was a zoom meeting with ****, and the process had NO ************ More Maintenance Fees. It is a great feeling.Centerstone Group Inc
