Signed up with Centerstone for a Timeshare Exit. Was told by them how great they are at getting you out of your timeshare. You are required to sign a statement that you have to pay up to $6,000.00, but I told them that I don't have that kind of money. Of course, they tell you that, it is rare for that you can pay monthly. Well, they worked on my case for approximately 4 months. Suddenly I didn't hear from them anymore. I was told to contact *****, and 30 days went by with nothing. Then I was told **** was let go. Then I was told to contact *** as she was taking over. I spoke to her and all seemed ok, but another 30 days and nothing. Then I was told *** was let go. So now all this time has passed. They collected over $2000.00 from me and I get a letter in the mail that they can no longer help me and I need to get an attorney which they refer you to. It's been going on since 2022. It is now the end of 2024. Centerstone yelled at me when I called them in 2023 and said they were sorry but they had a big turnover do to people not doing their jobs, but although they can no longer help me, I still own them, over $2,000.00 for doing nothing and also the attorney. I told them it's not my fault they fired people. Now they keep contacting me asking if they can help me. They already told me they couldn't. I've been scammed.Centerstone Group Inc

This process has been taking more time than anticipated due to the non-responsiveness of your timeshare company but by no means is the process not moving forward. Centerstone Group was terrific at getting us out of our timeshare commitment. Really efficient. After one online meeting, we were essentially done with our part of the process and just waited for the paperwork to move thru the process.
