      This company is dishonest. They cancelled the prescheduled delivery of my items, and then *uncancelled* my cancellation of their service! By far the worst moving and storage company I have ever encountered. And they have not even responded to ***********. Zero stars was not an option, hence 1 star.

      Since last Thursday I have spent countless hours on the phone with their so called **************** which is 100% a call center in *****. Not only can you barely understand anyone in the call center they are reading a script which basically has taught them how to stonewall customers, they put on hold to check with their "team" there is no team. Each time they come back to with, "I am sorry there is nothing we can do for you" Because I was a Callbox customer, I assumed the services would stay the same. Yesterday I lost thousands of dollars because I am unable to book multiple deliveries or pick *** while one is pending. In addition to this they have placed several of my items in someone else's account and which was brought to their attention on Thursday, I did not receive a call back from someone until Tuesday. When I spoke to this gentleman on Tuesday I was hopeful but yet nothing. While he did email me, I have no way to call him because customer service is against their business model. In fact after reading all these reviews I found out what their business model is, acquiring another business's body of work coming in and stone ******* those customers and steeling their items.I am sitting here crying because I am so defeated. They have broken me down, caused me to loose $1000s of dollars. The only option I see at this point is to stop speaking to them and spend my time and energy on finding a new storage solution. In the meantime I will have to shut my business down which will cause me to loose $1000s and not only that I am going to pay for for all of my inventory to be moved to another facility, again $1000s of dollars out of my pocket. I have even asked that they work with me until I can find a storage solution that fits my needs. Are they willing to do that, nope. Oddly enough I do not have a contract with them or I ever been sent any literature about their policies or services. Do not trust the scam this company is running.

      If one star was an option. I was a Callbox Storage customer, ********************** bought CallBox but it seems they don't believe they bought their problems. Their customer service is a *********** in *****. I have spent countless hours on the phone about my stolen items that they placed in someone else's account and they refuse to fix the problem. Provided ZERO solutions. I want my stolen items returned to me. This is an absolute dumpster fire of a company. Judging from the reviews I can't imagine they will be around much longer. STAY AWAY from this company.

      I agree with the 1 star reviews. Clutter's business model appears to be to grab as much money as they can, while giving misleading answers so in the end you're so confused that you don't know which way is up. Why is so hard to get a straight answer from these folks? I'm picking on my stuff on Wednesday, May 24 to end this nightmare; I only hope a get all of my items and nothing is broken. Icing on the cake, they are charging me over $300 to pick up my MY STUFF!!!!! WTF? How is any of this even legal? As others have written, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IMO, they are a deceptive and dishonest company who is just in it to make a take advantage of public and to take their money.

      DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I am beyond furious with Clutter's terrible moving AND customer services. They have caused me nothing but headaches, stress, and financial loss. Their so-called proprietary end-to-end technology and digital experience is nothing but a facade to cover up their incompetence and negligence.During my move with Clutter, they lost almost $900 worth of items, including my blender, pots, pans, and other miscellaneous kitchen items. They also broke my ottoman, which they admitted fault to, but only offered me a measly $38 in compensation (mind you its going to cost me $200 to repair). Such insult and it shows just how little they care about their customers.Their Limited Security Warranty Policy is a joke, offering a maximum of only $1.00 per pound in aggregate per person. This policy hardly covers the full extent of the damage that I have suffered. Oh and how much was the move? $2,800!I strongly advise against using Clutter for any moving needs. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and downright dishonest. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a provider that values their customers and their belongings.

      Clutter is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. A one-star rating is too high, but to review I have to choose it. Clitter brought the wrong size truck to ***************** and did not have a tool to disassemble a shelving unit they said all drivers carried. During the time my belongings were with them, they increased the pricing dramatically twice. But worse than any if this is what happened when my things were delivered: three pieces of furniture were destroyed. Looks like they took a sledgehammer to them. Many other items were damaged, whether made of metal, wood, ceramic, glass, or plastic. The sofa had mold on it. "Lost" or should I say stole two carpets, one, in particular, was very valuable. Irreplaceable family objects were destroyed. Items that have traveled many places and packed successfully for decades and without damage before were destroyed. Their claim service is insulting...after you go through all the trouble of locating ID numbers, taking photos, and finding same or like items online, Clutter insults you with you packed it, we are not responsible, but even the furniture items THEY packed, they insult you with $.60/lb reimbursement. Good luck in trying to speak with someone, They make it nearly impossible. They owe me many thousands of dollars. This company should be investigated and shut down by the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE CLUTTER.

      DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They will take your items to storage and LOSE them. Then they will make you go through a process of filing claims for lost items but will not reimburse you on the value of items they lost. **************** is unhelpful, fees are exorbitant, they purposefully make scheduling difficult and do not contact you when they arrive so they can double charge you and when you have an emergency they will make you wait 5-7 business days. Clutter lost two of our valuable items and made no efforts to help us or make things right. It's a terrible company.

      Currently Clutter is holding my items hostage and they refuse to deliver them. I had a time scheduled for them to deliver my items on Saturday 4/22/2023. The movers showed up and decided that because there was some construction going on in the building, they would not be able to deliver the items. The movers in the truck did not even have the curtesy to let me know that this was the case, they just drove away without any communication at all, and I later received a call from the company saying that they were cancelling my delivery. They rescheduled the delivery for Monday 4/24/2023 which I agreed to. Monday came and the arrival time was set between 7am and 10am. I was at the building by 7am and the movers showed up at around 8:45am. They parked the truck on the street for a while but did not get out of the truck. I went by the truck to talk to them and find out why they are not unloading my items, but they refused to talk to me and would not even get out of the truck. After about 30 minutes they drove away without a word. I then called Clutter and spoke to a lady by the name *******. She assured me that she will talk to her team and have them come back to the building to deliver my items. I waited but they did not show up. After about 30 minutes I called again and spoke to another gentleman, he then told me that my appointment was cancelled because of construction. There was no construction on site affecting the area that they were delivering. They refuse to deliver my items and now I have no furniture to move into my new apartment and nowhere to stay. They are saying that the only time they have available is 3 weeks from now on 5/12, which I have to continue paying for storage. I would like them to refund me for the stress and inconvenience caused and the additional cost for me to find a hotel to stay in. I have paid this company $660 for storage for the past two months and I would like to not pay anymore fees and also have my items delivered to me soon.

      I signed up under stashable/ make space several years back and was told I would be able to pick up my items at a storage site (because I moved out of state and was not in distance for their delivery). There would be a fee to have my items collected and brought to a loading dock for pick up, which I was fine with. Now under clutter I was informed I would need to hire professional licensed movers to get the items and have them delivered to my house. Clutter would then additionally charge me a service fee to find my items in various units (I did not agree to pay for my items to be strewed around with other peoples belongings). I was then told that a email was sent out a year ago explaining these changes with new ownership. A letter that went directly to my SPAM. Now what would have been a few hundred dollars in a Uhaul rental is over a thousand in out of state movers. I was told by the extremely rude rep out of state movers was my only option and what else do you want me to do for you?. She then sent an email with the information for how to schedule an appointment for my items and it said they offered self service pick up. When I called back she said oops didnt mean to send that. I have since stopped payment on my account and have taken a credit hit just to not give another dollar to this company. Horrible business practices!

      This is a horrible company that doesn't care about customers any longer. I had signed up for MakeSpace (acquired by Clutter) during COVID with a deal that promised 1 free pick up and 1 free delivery as long as you signed up for 3 months or more. I finally went to close the account and delivery my items 2.5 years later (having been a paying customer the whole time) and they said they changed the terms on the customers. I'd have to pay a fee of almost $300 and then hourly labor fee on top. Lastly, because I was on auto pay, they charged me for the last month of service but I was only going to use 3 days of the month. They are not going to credit me for the 27 days of the month where I will not be using their service. Total joke when it comes to customer service and ethics.
