      I wanted giving Powur a lower rating because the guy who sold me the contract changed his attitude 180 degree later. But luckily Powur is not like that, especially the guy in support team who is so patient, responsive and helpful. Powur itself has a good system that keeps contacting you throughout the project. So, I decided still giving them a 5 star because I think that salesman probably is the so-called independent consultant who may or may not even be a Powur employee so does not represent who Powur is.

      Siempre tuve dudas sobre cmo funcionaban los paneles solares, pero me atendi un excelente Consultor, ****** **** fue la persona que despej todas mis inquietudes acerca de cmo funciona la energa solar y el da ****** soy un cliente muy satisfecho con mi sistema Solar, todo el proceso, antes, durante y despus con Powur y ****** a sido un xito.       Very pleased with the service. They are very diligent and responsive company. If theres a fault at the system they reach out to you and explain with detail what is the process for correction and act quickly to correct the issue.

      I had a very positive experience with Powur and ***** ****** was the main reason. He impressed me with his presentation, knowledge, and how quickly he responded to questions. He made the process very easy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend working with him!

      Have had them for almost 4 years. Never really had any issues. They'll respond via chat Mon to Friday 8 to 5 pacific, so that's good. Everything been great so 5 stars. Power works electricity bill is lower than without so thats A+ from my wallet.

      We recently purchased a house with a system installed by solar. For some reason the previous owners shut down the system. Trying to coordinate the ownership transfer with simultaneously fixing the system has been very involved. All along the way powur customer service has been excellent in responding and attending to our needs and concerns.
