      The whole process with powur was pretty painless. Everything was up front with getting setup. The warranty they offer is great. I was worried because they are a newer company, but everyone seems to be well trained. *****, my representative, has been great. He's been very responsive with my questions and willing to get answers with what he doesn't know. The installation was very quick, I wish I could say the same of NV energy.

      I had my solar panel system installed around March April time frame the representative was very knowledgeable , very promt to return a text or a call. The installers they had to do the job came in handled there business cleaned their mess and gave me a walk through of all they did. Couldnt be more satisfied and wish all service providers were at this very high level!! Thank you Powur!!

      8 months and nothing I called directly to the owner but oh No he is inaccessible ,I can get a mitin with the mayor of ct but he is the owner ?? ?? they pull and put a loan for 29k in my credit report , I can't upload the picture ,but ******* said impossible so the credit bureau are lying, I wa a rep ,as a loan officers I have the opportunity to get some customers they want see first my bill but is a bad company

      We started our process May 2022 it is now end of November and still nothing, we have now lost our funding due to the delays. Powur was stating it was our local power company, after speaking to engineer at our power company that was INCORRECT. I had over 50 emails in the that time frame asking for updates why taking so long and always waiting for approval and permits. Now in Nov the finance company stated they are pulling the loan due to taking so long to install, Powur's comments sorry for the inconvenience . WOW REALLY no accountability, passing blame, almost as though they didnt want to do the project. That would of been fine if someone would of just communicated that over 5 months ago so we could of had a different company take over now end of the year interest rates have gone up and now have to start all over. DO NOT use this company, we are so disappointed and just no words for what has happened, I would hope NO ONE has to experience this ever.

Although we have since met the utility's specific restrictions and approvals, we are now in a challenging national financing environment and most lender's have recently changed their approval extension guidelines and are unable to offer an extension, as you have experienced.       When we revisited getting solar, we met *******************. He lined all the people to come out and look at our roof, compared two different locations and **** it was all set up and done! Everyone who came was on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Meanwhile **** kept checking in to make sure we understood everything., and asking if we had questions. He still checks in on us!

      If installing solar is on your mind but you just are not comfortable with who to trust, this is the company you should call. They do what they say the will do, when they say they will do it. The installation went smoothly and a couple of weeks later the power company was ready to let me turn it on. Once installed there is a way to look at your solar panels online to verify they are working, which is a plus, since they make no noise. So get off the electric company pricing and make some clean energy! Kat

      **** was really helpful from the first inquiry phone call to analyzing my utility bill AFTER the solar panels were installed. He was always available and always willing to solve my problems or answer my questions. He was well-informed about solar and also found me a very low interest rate for my loan. I cannot recommend him high enough.

      Powur is a fast growing company that although not perfect, is constantly improving. They have put customer service at the top of their priorities and I have great confidence in their work.

      Im so glad I went with Powur and very confident that their 30 year warranty will take care of my needs. My solar consultant was great and I know if I need anything I can reach out to him to help me out. Thanks and looking forward to sending referrals your way.
