5 starsIn 2021, *********************** from Powur reached out to me and presented a very thoughtful and precise presentation for supplying my home with solar power. She had three plans ranging in scale for my household. After much discussion and reviewing the benefits I agreed to move forward with the purchase. I was very nervous about making the investment. This was due to the price tag but after looking at the value it would add to my home and the annual rate-hikes that my local electricity company was installing, the benefits vastly out weighed the risks. I am still required by law to be connected to my local power grid. So I opted out of batteries and purchased 8 panels for my home. The process went very smoothly. *************** put me in contact with a great company GoodLeap to finance the purchase. With GoodLeap I was able to refinance my house and actually come out with a better mortgage (with the solar included) than I previously had. The timeline from purchase to power-on was clearly labeled in steps. There were no issues what-so-ever. Permits checked out great, roof inspection cleared. Easy and quick installation.Since installing my 8 panels from Powur my monthly bill remains at the low cost of $35 which is the minimum I am required to pay to be connected to my local power grid. I live in the high dessert region of the southwest and rely on a lot of AC from spring too fall. Still my bill remains the same. This is because I generate more power than I use in late fall, winter, and early spring. This extra power is then credited towards my bill and used in the summer months keeping my bill a constant $35. Before my electricity bill would fluctuate from $50 - $150 for just me! It is always an intimidating decision to invest in these large purchases. I was concerned with over reaching and signing up for something that would make me house-poor. 5 starsWe decide to install solar on our house after our friend told us of their savings after putting solar on their house. They recommend Powur as the company we needed to talk with. We could not be happier with our experience. Our Powur Representative made things easy by answering all our questions and guiding us in equipment and finance selection. I would not use Powur again, under any circumstances. My initial contact with Powur was good; the sales representative was helpful and knowledgeable, and their price was competitive. It all went downhill once the contract was signed. It turns out, they are a multi-level marketing company, and the installers were a completely different company. The installers showed up late and were rude, raced through the installation, drilled holes in my roof which the Powur Representative said would not happen, and left the site dirty. I asked for notification before the final inspections were done and no one listened. Special instructions were ignored and there was no communication at the end of the process. One email instruction told me to go to the electric panel and turn on my system and another email said my system was up and running. I did not know what to do and asked for a walk-though. It has now been two weeks and I guess the only way I will know my system is working is if and when I get a bill from ******* The Powur Project Manager promised me a call at a specific time to go over my questions and I am still waiting. Zero stars for customer service, zero stars for honesty, zero stars for reliability.Powur

Since this complaint, our Executive Escalations team has contacted you and provided extensive resources to monitor your system. After looking it over again, we confirmed the most recent communication occurred in January when our Operations and Maintenance team shared the September 9th results of Powur's 5 points remote system analysis. Please see below for the five touchpoints that were addressed: 1. Portal connection and communication through your Enphase Enlighten Portal. 2. Production and transmission of each solar panel micro inverter to the system. 3. Error message history over the past 90 days.4 Historical system output from when your system was Powered on until the present day. 5. The function of all attached monitors. After this check-up, we determined that your solar system is as healthy and fully functioning as expected. 5 starsI just installed 44 395w panels, with enphase microinverters and 20kwh of storage with Powur and had a seamless experience. Permission to operate was granted from the utility today. This was a challenging project, we needed to upgrade my main service panel, and find a way to configure the storage with a very large system. Powur's electrical engineers ended up charting a course that saved me from needing to trench through my neighbors yard, which would have been a permitting nightmare. I run an airbnb from my property and therefore use a lot of energy, I'm expecting to cut my bill in half from the highest cost tiers with SDG&E, and I've got energy back up when the grid is down. Powur delivered on the plan we came up with, including beating out multiple other quotes. I'd recommend them to anyone.Review fromTodd H

Powur is the worst solar panel company out there. I have a solar panel system on my roof that is defective and not working properly. Ive had the system since May of 2022. Remember these names and know they are scammers and cons, **************, ************ and ************ ************** gave me a phone presentation that sold me to signing with Powur. He appeared to be truthful and passionate about Powur Solar. ************ is the representative who introduced me to *****. They sold me a bs defective product that has never worked properly. Ive complained to their customer care department and they dont get back to you. Ive emailed **************, **** S case manager, **** M and shes a waste of time as well. No one gets back to you for anything. Im in the process of retaining legal counsel for civil litigation. You can ignore complaints all you want but you cant ignore subpoenas! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!Powur

You can see this by reviewing your portal as well. However, your system is showing an alert, and coordination is underway to remediate the issue preventing 2 of your panels from communicating with the optimizers. A technician completed a site visit on 10/21/22, and the manufacturer ordered a replacement. We will be in contact to schedule the service work as soon as received.In the meantime, we can offer you reimbursement for one month's utility bills. Until the system is back up and running, other appeasement amounts might be approved to ensure we would make you whole financially for this inconvenience.
