      I am a consultant. I've worked with ******, legacy Power, and interviewed with several other solar companies asking at the right questions. I work with Powur. They have the best offer in several categories of business and it makes it much easier to recommend them. Best warranty, best price, most options, best technology to support reps and customers to track progress.

      ************* Wish I can give 0 stars.The 1st red flag was the day the panels got delivered. They delivered it late evening and left it in my driveway overnight. 2nd red flag all the parts were not there. I took the day off and waited for the install to show up. The installer showed up after 12 noon. The install company is green energy solution. They tried to extend the job another day and I said no. I inquired about getting a battery for my system. They never told me if the grid went down I wouldn't have power. I was only told this after the panels were installed on the roof. We had a storm recently and I lost power and lost all my food. I reached out to power to find out if I had any damage on my system.. I spoke to the sales rep about getting a battery and what the price will be. 3 days went by without any emails or phone calls.. So I took it upon myself to call power to inquire about the battery. Power direct me to green energy solution who installed the system. Powur told me the only way I can get a battery is to speak with ************ solution. I called green energy solution to inquire about the battery they direct me right back to powur. I called power to question why am I getting the run around. The person told me that they would direct me to an install manager. I informed them how disappointed I was with the company and they hung up the phone on me. After spending over $35000 on install these 2 companies took my money. I have a worthless solar panel system on my roof. Do yourself a favor and save your money. This solar thing is a scam. The BBB will not shut them down. These days I think everybody is corrupted. They should be ashamed of themselves and I will report them to everyone I know.

      Were so sorry to hear about your less-than-stellar experience. Here at Powur we strive to provide world class customer service for everyone who interacts with our platform and truly appreciate you bringing this opportunity to improve the overall experience to our attention.To provide some clarity around the topic of power outages, it is true that your solar systemas is the standard with most solar systemsis connected to your local utilitys electricity grid. This is a benefit to you in that youre still able to receive ongoing power even at times when the solar panels arent producing it (i.e. night time, overcast days, etc.). Because the panel are working in conjunction with the local utilitys grid, this does mean that if the local grid experiences an outage you would also be effected by that outage.The option available to all homes with solar panels that can assist with such power outages would be the placement of a battery storage / backup. Here at Powur, were not yet able to provide batteries to already existing panel installations, so the best resource for you to learn more about this option will be your local installer. Lastly, in reviewing your current solar system through your monitoring portal I see your system has been restored after the recent storm and is producing fully, so you are once again enjoying the benefits of renewable energy.       Originally supposed to have my solar panels installed in April, because of equipment delays they were not installed until June. Than after more "equipment" delays the system was not actively running for 3 more months after the install, all the time I paid for the solar panels and the city's electric. Powur promised to reimburse me for 2 months of the bill for the solar panels as they admitted it was their fault the system was not working. 1 month was reimbursed by *************** because ultimately everything for the solar went through them. I would highly recommend people to go with a different company for solar or any other smart home upgrades.

      My customer that went solar with ********************** has a problem with his solar system and has been waiting 5 months to get any reply from Powur to this day. My customer called the customer services number and they never answer. I was discussing the truth on their ******** page and I immediately got blocked. When their solar systems fail it's nearly impossible to get any support, all they say is to create a ticket online and they never respond. How embarrassing that my customer keeps calling me and I have no answers. That is why I stopped selling for Powur. Customer support is ridiculous.

      So far so good! The schedule they gave me was accurate and installers did a great job and the they were clean. I also got a upgrade on my electrical panel and he did an excellent, clean job. I've only been up and running for a couple of weeks or so. I'm waiting to see how much I am going to save on my electric bill.

      I started out the process in August of 2021 with POWUR PBC with an independent consultant, who I met at an event in ********* **. Unfortunately, theyve fallen into the same play of words as Ive found myself now a year later September 2022. The lack of communication was a red flag but we had already signed beforehand. Thinking that we could save some money in our power is a great selling point. I write this today, September 26, 2022, effectively the tax credit is exactly that, a credit thats not refundable. Which was sold to us as money you get back to apply towards your loan or make any necessary upgrades to our home, not getting this money that was guaranteed by the individuals who represents POWUR PBC. It was not until I got fully involve and for the second time ask to cancel this project and remove the solar system of my roof, because of the length of time it had been dragged on. Spoke with a couple of people all stated the same thing, We are sorry please reconsider, when I told the person no and that I wanted for them to remove the solar system off my roof. I get a Courtesy Letter from POWUR PBC General Counsel stating that I would be in Breach of Contract because I was blocking the *** or Permission to Operate and I had objected to the necessary work in order to obtain ***. What this general counsel fails to stated is how long it has taken POWUR project manager to get to this point. The frustration and stress that I have endure up to this point. Im left with an unpleasant, frustrating, stressful experience, more debt to pay. If there was a way to remove these panels Id do so in heartbeat. The pros do not outweigh the cons. POWUR PBC, I suggest you find transparent, knowledgeable, and efficient people to represent you as a company and your values. POWUR failure to deliver is at the forefront

      I had a awesome experience with Powur and team. Independent consultant - A.T. Snoot is very knowledgable and working in this area for last 10 years. He gave me enough time to make my decision and helped me with different quotes. Installation team came as per the schedule and installed the unit as per the plan. Documentation team in Powur had got approvals quickly. County approval was less than 7 business days. HOA approval was something couldnt be expedited. Thanks A.T. , A.J. & rest of the Powur team for giving us a awesome experience. I am looking forward for similar friendly support in the future.

      I am giving 1 star because there is no -5 stars, this company has an independent consultant from ****** ** , this person sales solar panels and he lies and tell the people what we want to hear to sell solar panels, this man tricked me in to buying without even letting me to review the contract he told me that l was going to be free of electric companies which was not true now l pay electric bill plus a $ ****** loan my monthly electric bill used to be $160 the most, Mr. * said my montly paymant was going to be $120 and will not change over time, that convinced me what he didnt say was that the bill will be $ 120 as long as l pay the $8,000 (26% cost of panels) l was supposed to get from the government within certain time after that the monthly payment was going up to $163 per month plus electric bill now l pay around $213.00. He said l was going to receive government relief of about $8,000 and that l could use that money to go on vacation home improvement buy a car or whatever l wanted which is also not true in the case you qualify for the government help this money goes to the solar loan not to your pocket, he didn't mention in the zoom conference we had that the life of solar panel is about 25 to 30 years the most which is the length of the solar loan lm stuck with. When he sent the contract by e mail l said ld like to review it, he sad well l need to go out right now l have a compromise and can't wait for you you need to sign it right now so l can still put you on the government 26% help program if you don't send it right now l can't slide you in,he took advantage of me. Mr * also forgot to mention panels need maintenance l am almost 50 year old woman and l take care of a disabled person l have diabetes and cant risk fall from the roof trying to clean the panels l have no kids to do this for me l cant pay an expert Mr. * knew this and he didn't care he just wanted to close a contract and get his money
