      Ordered their introductory kit, kept it. Then canceled thru emails last March. Still received two kits after that. Now they say they can only send me a return label for one, because it has been too long. On 7/30 I phoned them, and they said they would send a return label by mail. I still haven't received it.

      Our records reflect that you re-enrolled online for automatic shipments of Meaningful Beauty(r) on February 28, 2022 (your prior Meaningful Beauty(r) membership having been inactive since 4/12/2016.)

      On March 1, 2022, your initial order (a 30-day supply) was sent for a total of $76.46 (including $5.50 CA Sales Tax) and billed in full to the ApplePay account provided.

      On March 31, 2022, per the terms of the offer, your 2nd shipment (a 90-day supply) was sent as scheduled, for a total of $290.73 (including $14.97 s&h and $20.91 CA sales tax) to be billed in 3 installments over 31-day billing cycles. The first installment of $97.67 was charged to the ApplePay account on file at shipping; the 2nd and 3rd installments of $96.51 and $96.55 each were charged on May 1, 2022, and June 1, 2022, respectively.

      On June 29, 2022, we attempted to process your 1st payment of $97.67 for your 3rd shipment as scheduled, but the request was declined by your financial institution. As your account had previously been in good standing, your account was updated to "Bill Me Later" status, allowing future shipments to be sent with billing statements to minimize any disruptions to your shipments.

      On July 6, 2022, your 3rd shipment (a 90-day supply) was sent and invoiced for a total of $290.73 (including $14.97 s&h and $20.91 CA sales tax), for which payment has never been received.

      Our records indicate that on July 30, 2022, we received your request by phone for a prepaid return label and to cancel your Meaningful Beauty(r) account; however, our records indicate that you accepted an offer to postpone future shipments. The account was placed on hold until January 27, 2023, at which point regular shipments would resume. We regret to note on reviewing your experience that, due to a processing error, the prepaid return label which you requested was not issued promptly.

      Please be advised that our records do not reflect any calls, chats, or emails have been received from the phone number and/or email address on file (the same as provided with this complaint) in reference to your account between April 2016 and July 30, 2022.

      As a gesture of goodwill in an effort to fully resolve this matter, the remaining balance of $290.73 for your 3rd shipment has been cleared prior to the return's receipt. Additionally, the prepaid return label you requested - to be used to return your 3rd shipment at no additional cost to you - has been reissued, and should arrive by USPS within 7-10 business days. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience which resulted from this delay.

      As you have requested, your Meaningful Beauty(r) account is now closed (effective August 26, 2022), with nothing further to be shipped or billed.

      I spoke with a Meaningful Beauty Rep approximately 2 mo. ago. They was supposed to stop withdrawing from my checking account the beginning of July but they took another $78 from my account the beginning of August.       On May 2, 2022, your initial order (a 30-day supply) was sent for a total of $58.32 (including $2.36 MO Sales Tax) and billed in full to the credit card provided.

      On June 2, 2022, per the terms of the offer, your 2nd shipment (a 90-day supply) was sent as scheduled, for a total of $234.32 (including $14.97 s&h and $9.50 MO sales tax) to be billed following the payment schedule provided on the invoice enclosed with the shipment, in 3 installments over 31-day billing cycles. The first payment of $78.52 was charged at shipping to the credit card on file, leaving a remaining balance of $155.80.

      Our records indicate that on June 9, 2022, we received your request to cancel your Meaningful Beauty(r) account, but you instead accepted an offer of an additional 20% discount on future shipments in conjunction with delaying your next scheduled delivery. The account was placed on hold until November 30, 2022, at which point regular shipments would resume. Information was also provided to you at this time confirming the amounts and billing dates of the remaining two installment payments for your 2nd shipment.

      On July 3, 2022, the 2nd payment for your 2nd shipment was charged in the amount of $77.89, as scheduled; the 3rd and final payment in the amount of $77.91 was charged on August 3, 2022, at which time your account was paid in full.

      As our records do not reflect that any returns have been received, there is no refund due.

      Your Meaningful Beauty(r) account is now closed as you have requested (effective August 16, 2022), and nothing further will be shipped or billed unless you choose to place a new order in the future.

      This company continues to debit the incorrect account which leads to insufficient funds regularly. I have changed my payment method and delivery times, which are ignored. Today they deducted $80,39 twice. I did not realize it until I went to purchase gas, and there was not enough money in my account. I love the product, however, this is too much. I have canceled my subscription and I want my money back.

      On September 1, 2022, your 1st introductory shipment (a 30-day supply) was sent with the total cost of $60.63 (including $4.37 ** sales tax) charged in full at the time of shipping to the card provided.

      On September 3, 2022, your 2nd introductory shipment (a 30-day supply) was sent with the total cost of $60.63 (including $4.37 ** sales tax) charged in full at the time of shipping to the card provided.

      Per the terms of the offer, on October 2, 2021, your 1st full-sized shipment (a 90-day supply) was sent for a total of $242.36 (included $17.54 ** sales tax and $14.97 s&h) to be billed in 3 installments over 31-day billing cycles to the payment card on file. The 1st payment of $81.56 was charged at the time of shipping; the 2nd payment of $80.39 was charged on November 2, 2022; the 3rd payment of $80.41 was charged on December 2, 2021.

      Per the terms of the offer, on October 4, 2021, your 2nd full-sized shipment (a 90-day supply) was sent for a total of $242.36 (included $17.54 ** sales tax and $14.97 s&h) to be billed in 3 installments over 31-day billing cycles to the payment card on file.       On March 19, 2022, our records reflect we received your payment in full for the past due balance of $160.80 for your 2nd full sized shipment (sent on October 4, 2021.) Along with this payment, the default card on file for your account was updated. We regret if it was not your intent to update your account to use this payment card for all future shipment billing as well.

      On March 20, 2022, your 4th full-sized shipment was sent for a total of $242.36 (included $17.54 ** sales tax and $14.97 s&h) to be billed in 3 installments over 31-day billing cycles. The first payment of $81.56 was charged at the time of shipping, to the new payment card on file, leaving a balance of $160.80.

      Per your phone inquiry on March 23, 2022, your next scheduled delivery date for both memberships was adjusted to June 21, 2022. We regret to note that it was not explained that the charge about which you inquired was the 1st installment for your 4th shipment which was already in transit, as well as that you were incorrectly informed that this charge would not be finalized. While the payment card was removed from automatically billing the remaining 2 payments on your 4th shipment, we also note that you were not provided with information about the remaining balance still due, nor was it confirmed that you had 2 active memberships with the payment card updated as of March 19th for both of them.

      Per your phone inquiry the following day on March 24, 2022, our records reflect we were unfortunately unable to clarify the misinformation previously provided, as this call was ended prior to confirming the payment method on file, remaining balance due, or next scheduled shipment dates.

      Following a brief inventory delay, on June 28, 2022, your 5th and 6th full-sized shipments were both sent, for a total of $242.36 each (included $17.54 ** sales tax and $14.97 s&h for each) to be billed in 3 installments over 31-day billing cycles to the payment card on file (which had been updated as of March 19th.) Both kits' 1st payments of $81.56 were charged at the time of shipping; both kits' 2nd payments of $80.39 were charged on July 29, 2022, leaving a remaining balance of $80.41 on each shipment. The balance of $160.82 total for your 5th and 6th shipments, plus the prior balance of $160.80 still remaining for your 4th shipment, brought your account total to $321.62 due.

      On August 4, 2022, we received your Live Chat request to cancel your Meaningful Beauty(r) account. Your account was promptly cancelled at this time, but regrettably you were not provided with information about the remaining balance owed for your 4th, 5th, and 6th shipments; please be advised that orders sent prior to cancelation will continue to bill as scheduled until paid in full or returned for credit within the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

      As we strive to provide only the highest quality products and services, we regret that your experience with us has not met that expectation. We sincerely apologize for any frustration you've experienced as a result: please rest assured that your experience has been fully reviewed, and will be used to improve our services moving forward.

      Per the terms of this offer, on June 30, 2022, your initial shipment (a 90-day supply) was sent for a total of $228.48 (included $18.63 MN tax) to be billed in 3 installments over 31-day billing cycles.       On July 10, 2022, per your phone request, all future shipments were cancelled as well as return instructions provided. We make every effort to be forthcoming regarding our promotions and offers for Meaningful Beauty(r) via the website, TV infomercials, inbound sales phone line, print materials, product packaging, and billing. As part of their initial purchase, customers enrolling in the Meaningful Beauty(r) member program are informed they will receive automatic shipments until they contact customer service to cancel or make changes to their membership. The information regarding the terms of the online offer and the continuity program are provided in the shopping cart prior to any personal information being entered; these terms are bold and in the same size font as the rest of the page. Before customers may finalize their purchase, they must also check a box that states they agree to the terms of the purchase, which reads: "By checking this box, you are electronically signing your order, agreeing to the terms above and to our general Terms & Conditions, including our no-commitment auto-replenishment program, and authorizing us to charge payments to the credit card you provide."

      Specifically, the offer you selected states that: "One month after your first order is shipped, and then every three months thereafter, you will be sent a new full-size supply of Meaningful Beauty(r). Each shipment will be charged to the card you provide today, in three monthly payments at the low price of $69.95 plus $4.99 for shipping and handling per month, unless you call to cancel.       On Meaningful Beauty Commercials deceptive business practices are being used. Their products are being advertised for a price of $49.85 and free shipping.
      At anytime you are being told that you are committing to over $164.00 price
      for your purchase. When you cave your card info to sales Person in a phone
      she informed you that you are actually buying 3 months supply.
      I said that it is ok. Meaningful Beauty Co charged my card for the second time on 7/01/22. Two weeks passed and no second delivery arrived. I EMailed for them asking when is the next shipment arriving. They Emailed me back and told me there is nothing else coming, but a third charge in the beginning of August.
      I told them I want them to refund my money and I will return remaining products.
      Also in their program they do not tell you that what is on the screen is the 3 months supply. Their advertising and collecting the money is purposedly deceptive. If you listen one of their recorded phone calls you can hear what I am saying.
      I really want to get refund of over $90.00 by now and they will have their mailing back in two days time.
      Please warn others, this is not an honest company with their business practices.

      On July 21, 2022, per your phone and email requests, information was provided about the total cost and installment billing schedule for your order, as well as return instructions.

      On July 26, 2022, per your phone call providing the tracking information for your return, a full refund of the shipment's purchase price (totaling $107.88) was issued, and the remaining balance of $53.95 was removed, in advance of any returns received; all future shipments were also cancelled.       What you write in your response on your answer here is exactly what is wrong
      with your advertising and selling your products. It is OK to receive the initial shipment and pay for it $49.95 as you say in your TV ad. After that a customer expects to receive the following three shipments as you write here and pay for them. At no time you are saying that the first shipment is supposedly the 3 months supply.
      I thank you for returning my money, if you are honest the way you sell you would not have any problems with anyone.
      Why you do not enclose the info in your informercial that the cost is actually over $164.00 and not $49.95 as you claim.
      This was disappointing experience, nothing wrong with your products; it is just how you do things.

      I purchased an introductory offer in May 2022 from Meaningful Beauty and it was supposed to be a one time purchase.
      On June 18th, 2022 I had an additional charge on my account for $97.82. I called the customer service line and I was told that the products were already shipped and that they would offer a FULL REFUND when they received the products back.
      I was also told that my account was closed and that I would not be receiving any future products and/or incur any additional charges ( I received an email on June 18th,2022 stating that and have the information to verify). I sent back the products on Wednesday, July 6th via the ************ and was charged $16.64 for shipping and handling (I have a receipt to verify).
      It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received a refund and to my surprise my credit card was charged again on July 18th, 2022 in the amount of $96.64.
      I again contacted customer service and was told that they still hadn't received the products that I sent back on July 6th and I was told until they receive those products back, my account would remain active!
      I am so confused, I have sent back the products, yet have not been refunded and now I have been charged an additional $96.64!
      I am beyond frustrated and want the charges I have incurred be refunded in the amount of $194.46 for products that I did not order, as well as, the $16.64 that I had to pay to send the products, again that I did not order, back.

      Our records reflect that you enrolled online for automatic shipments of Meaningful Beauty(r) on May 17, 2022. As part of their initial purchase, customers enrolling in the Meaningful Beauty(r) member program are informed they will receive automatic shipments until they contact customer service to cancel or make changes to their membership. The products are also shipped with information reiterating the terms and benefits of membership. We regret if you found the offer unclear in any way.

      On May 18, 2022, your initial order (a 30-day supply) was sent for a total of $76.56 (including $5.60 ** Sales Tax) and billed in full to the credit card provided.

      On June 16, 2022, per the terms of the offer, your 2nd shipment (a 90-day supply) began processing for delivery, as scheduled; we received authorization for payment of the 1st of the 3 scheduled installment payments from the credit card on file at this time.

      Also on June 16, 2022, per your phone request, your account was cancelled. Information regarding your 2nd shipment already in processing for delivery, the remaining balance to be billed, and return instructions were provided at this time. Orders that have already processed at the time of cancelation cannot be prevented from shipping: they will be sent, and will continue to bill as scheduled until either paid in full or returned for credit within the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

      On June 17, 2022, your 2nd shipment was sent for a total of $291.13 (including $14.97 s&h and $21.31 ** sales tax) to be billed in 3 installments over 31-day billing cycles. The first installment of $97.82 was finalized as a charge to the credit card on file when the order shipped, leaving a remaining balance of $193.31.

      On July 18, 2022, the 2nd installment of $96.64 for your 2nd shipment was charged as scheduled to the credit card on file, leaving a remaining balance of $96.67.

      Although our records do not reflect that any returns have been received to present date, as a gesture of goodwill (in exception to our Money-Back Guarantee, which specifies s&h cost as a nonrefundable item) and in an effort to fully resolve this matter, a full refund of $194.46 has been issued and the remaining balance of $96.67 cleared. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for this credit to post.

      Your Meaningful Beauty(r) account remains closed, with nothing further to be shipped or billed.
