I thought I was only ordering a 1-time Christmas gift for my wife. While she likes the product, I was extraordinarily upset over getting tricked into a recurring subscription. After I called when seeing a 2nd charge of $84.62 on my ****** account, they told me I ordered a subscription. I explained I don't feel as though I did and asked them to cancel this unauthorized subscription effective immediately. Yet I received 2 more charges of $84.62 after that. So I shut down my ****** account. I can't even log into my Meaningful Beauty account as the site is "temporarily unavailable." I feel like I was RIPPED OFF. If you have a good product it will sell itself, even at the high end of pricing. But don't trick people. Meaningful Beauty,... be better than this and provide refunds to all you have wronged.Meaningful Beauty

We regret to learn that you were surprised by your second Meaningful Beauty shipment and associated charges. We want our customer to understand what they are purchasing and make every effort to make the offers as clear as possible on our websites. As stated in previous responses here, one-time orders are available but only for full-size individual items and are only offered at retail pricing. The special discounted offers for 30-day introductory kits, like you purchase in December, always include a subscription. Information about the subscription included with all introductory kit purchases is provided several times on the website before any personal information is entered or the order is submitted. We regret if you found the offer unclear in any way.
Your subscription was cancelled when you contacted us on 1/9/25 but the full-size replenishment kit had already shipped and could not be stopped. The cost of that kit (a 90-day supply) was split into 3 installments to be billed over a 31-day billing cycle with the 1st installment charged when the kit was shipped. As a courtesy at that time an additional 20% discount was applied to the cost of that kit which lowered the remaining balance due.
Please understand that while cancelling an account stops all future shipments, it does not cancel the balance due for orders already shipped prior to cancellation: they will continue to bill until paid in full or are returned for credit within the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Since the shipment was not returned that is why the 2 remaining installments were billed as scheduled after the cancellation.

I ordered one kit a few months ago, had no issues, and was able to cancel future shipments with no problem. I order what I want as I still had some items left from my kit. I have been using for over two months. I love these products! Infact one of my coworkers said to me I look great, she said, "your skin just looks like you are going backwards! You just looki like your getting younger!" LOL. I told her I been using Meaningful Beauty. She said she has seen the ads and wondered if it works. I Said, Yes! As you can see my changes over the past few months. When I first started using these products she commented one day that my complexion was looking fresh and glowing! I didn't say anything back then because I wanted to wait for a month or so for results. And now I have them and the same coworker noticed today! ??Meaningful Beauty

I agree with everyone on here about the fact that this company has gone downhill I've been a member myself for over 13 years and the website being down is most frustrating I'm a bit fed up and going to be canceling as well. Last time I contacted them on the phone because the website down and I wanted to cancel my subscription they offered a discounted price to keep me so I decided okay. But here we are the website is still down and I'm really not in the mood to keep putting up with this. The products are nice and I enjoyed them for a while but I don't like what's going on lately.Meaningful Beauty

Their products are great and I have been a member for over 15 years. But it's time for my next delivery and their website has been down for over a month. There are plenty other good products out there that make selecting what you want much easier. Giving it another week then canceling my subscription if the website is still down. Giving it a 2 rating because of this. Otherwise would have been a 5.Meaningful Beauty

The products are nice. However being able to log into a your account has been down for 3 months and I did not sign up for automatic renewal, but they went ahead and sent more products and charged me. When I spoke with customer service I was informed they could cancel my account and refund me $106. That didnt happen so a few days later I spoke with customer service and was informed my account was cancelled but they will not refund me and I will be charged $106 next month and the following month because they sent a 90 day supply, again for something I did not sign up for. I was informed I could not speak directly to a manager. This is very poor customer service. Please be aware of the frustration and the run around before ordering.Meaningful Beauty

Your account was cancelled on 3/1/25 per your request. We regret to learn that you were incorrectly advised that the charge billed that day would be cancelled and that your account balance was zero. Your last shipment sent 1/29/25 was a 90-day replenishment kit with cost split into 3 installments. While cancelling an account stops all future shipments, it does not cancel the balance due for orders already shipped prior to cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced as a result.
Our records reflect that you contacted us via our live chat option again on 3/6 at which time the total cost, remaining balance and return instructions for your 2nd shipment were provided. When you ask to speak with a supervisor you were provided the customer service number and offered a callback from a supervisor within ***** hours, but the offer was not accepted.
As a token of our apology for the miscommunication when you cancelled your account, the two installments billed in March and April for your last shipment have been refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to post.

Love this stuff! I am 56 years old and most people think that I am my 38 years old daughter's sister. My only complaint is that their website has been down for months!!!! Completely inconvenient and highly aggravating! I can't get my order because I can't get into the website to update my payment method or order my next kit. The products themselves are wonderful and work very well for me. I'm 72 and no one believes it.I've not be able to find out if the products are vegan, but they don't seem to bother my Alpha Gal allergy from a lone star tick bite which make me react to red meat and it's by products.I will agree that the ads don't make it clear that the trial special is just the first shipment of a series of shipments that you didn't know you were responsible for. Shame Shame.I have to give it four stars for the product because I don't think that the business end should pertain to the quality of the product. I ordered the trial package and specially chose ONE TIME order, but a few weeks later received an unsolicited order and was charged $171.53! This is a scandalous and unethical practice and when trying to return the website states the Member site is unavailable, but strangely enough, it is available to place orders. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY!!!Meaningful Beauty

The $171.53 shipment you mention was your first replenishment kit, a 90-day supply, sent 2/11. Per your request your account was cancelled on 2/28 and remains closed.
You are correct that the option for active members to sign-in and manage their accounts online is currently unavailable due to ongoing upgrades to our systems, but that does not impact the information available for customers on our main website. Scam. I didn't realize when I ordered trial products that it was going to be a subscription service. It wasn't obvious or made clear at that the time. When I received the products in small print on receipt,it said you must cancel subscription. I called within a month to cancel. I received a cancelation email. They continue to bill me which is dishonest. I call their customer service & told it is canceled. This is the worst consumer rip off!!
