      They deserve zero Stars. They canceled three installation appointments with me at the last minute. After I had arranged for someone to be there for their 4-Hour window. With no update other than they're going to be late and then we'll pass *** time telling me now they're not coming. Three times that happened. How is it fair that they hold the *** ticket hostage and they are the only way that you can get the *** ticket but yet you can't get them to install their *******. Three canceled appointments.

      The very worst ******* ever, TV goes off at the slightest breeze or cloud cover and then it takes about 20 minutes to reboot after cloud cover or breeze subsides, ******** ******* is poor, Tried to cancel and had to pay a early cancellation fee, What a RIP OFF.

      Not happy with the ******* already only had them for 2 months so far and ******** ******* is no help. You know the old saying ******** is alway right well not according to DTV. I was transfer to another department which the person claimed they went over the bill and how my installation was set up that it was correct and I will not receive a refund. My installation consist of Tv, internet and phone all installed on the same day. I received my first bill which was pro-rated, and at first I thought that was good for all 3. Then I just received a second bill which was outrageous, what was told to me that my internet and phone was installed 2 days later. They stole from me.

      Had Instsallation scheduled for today between **** and no one showed up. Got a call at 130 from the 3rd party company DirwctTV hired to conduct the installation only to be told they could not access the military installation I live on because the technician is an illegal immigrant and does not have any ******** documents. This is considered a security threat and this is why the tech cannot access the motary base. I called DirectTV and they have never heard of this before. When teying to explain why it's a security risk, they accused me of being a racist. When I explained that the person who does access the base cannot have any felonies or warrants for their arrest, I was told I was being too judgemental. I live on a Military Base! These types of people are a security risk to the base. This is the policy, procedure and rules of the base to help protect our ******* members and their families. Why does no one understand this? I didn't make the rules, the government did. Don't accuse me of being a racist or judgemental for rules I did not put into place. DirecTV should pay more attention to the 3rd party companies they are hiring to do installations. They definitely have lost my business!

      The standard thank you statement from an automated system. This situation will never be resolved because DirectTV does not care about the ********, only lining their pockets with money.

      Same issues as the others as I reviewed most of them complaints...I'm going to file a lawsuit against this Company (DirecTV stream) with their LLC ********! So let's all get together & get our issues...& signed up ...asa I go home back to ******... Those people by ****** who will be stopping by their staff., please don't buy their products... it is a scam!

      This company has no problem taking your money each month, and then continue taking your money once you cancel, but when you are due a refund they say it takes up 2 months to receive it and it will be given to you on a pre-paid card. If they have no problem taking it from your account why would you need to give it back on a prepaid card. I cancelled the services on July 1st. It is now Sept 7th and I am still waiting for my refund. Every time you call about it, they tell you its on its way, well last night they were finally honest and said its not even gone out yet. I have to wait another month. I would not have direct tv if they were the last company on the earth!!!!

      Worst company ever!!! They try to charge you after you have returned equipment. This company is a rip off. Don't use them. Even **** is leaving them and going with the competition so this speaks volumes. They should no longer be in business with their poor business practices and ******** relations.

      company allows their employees to lie to customers. was told that i would get the football pkg at no cost this year to keep me as a ******** and then it showed up on my ****. this is a shameful business practice.

      I received a Protection Plan contract update two weeks ago with an increase to $25.98 from the current $8.99 price. On the reverse side of this contract was a Plan Effective date of 08/22/2022 with a price of $19.99. I called to cancel this upgrade. Two days ago I received another Protection Plan contract with a price of $8.99 on the front and again on the reverse side a Plan Effective date of 09/11/2022 with a price of $7.99.
      When I called the ********* *********** the agent said she could not change the price and had no documentation that showed the $7.99 price. She stated it was "always" $8.99.
      This Protection Plan must be administered by 'asurion' as a third-party supplier. Not only do the DirecTV agents have no knowledge of the contracts but no one from 'asurion' reviews the documents sent to customers.
      Just another in the long list of ******** hostile support. It has become worse since **** took over.

      I have been in contact with an agent from the Office of the President. We have agreed to an amicable settlement of the issue at hand. When the final outcome is determined, he will inform me of the resolution. He has escalated this issue to another department.
      As a token of their ******** support, they have agreed to credit me with a year of Protection Plan pricing.

      This method of raising issues appears to be the only way to obtain resolutions.
