    The company supposed to have a lifetime warranty on there screen protectors. My screen is lifting and cracked. I can only take a screen shot with my own camera, which I guess doesnt show the lifting. Now they wont replace it.

    Belkin sent me an email thanking me for setting up an account. I don't have any Belkin products nor did I set up an account. Contacted customer service and the *** sent a link to enter what personal information I wanted to have deleted. I didn't complete the form. Questionable? Illegal? marketing practices

    Between Monday, July 1 and Tuesday, July 2, a bot which was unconnected with Belkin, was used apparently by a bad actor to generate fake Belkin accounts, resulting in people receiving welcome emails for a Belkin account which they did not sign up for. These fake accounts were created using data which appears to have come from data breaches from one or more third parties unrelated to Belkin.  

    No Belkin customer data was compromised because of these activities. Nonetheless, Belkin takes data privacy issues very seriously, and once we became aware of the fake accounts, we immediately took steps to resolve the situation. We continue to work to minimize any concerns or inconvenience that *** have arisen.

    I purchased 3 Belkin Wemo Wifi dimmers and 2 Belkin smart plugs. Recently my home router went bad. I called Spectrum and they replaced the router. After I replaced the router all of the Belkin devices stopped to work. I tried to re-connect to my new WIFI however I have not been successful. I called Belkin for customer support. After multiple hours of trouble shooting the devices, We have not been successful in getting them to work. Belkin has acknowledge on the phone that these devices can only connect on 2.4GH. All the newer equipment from internet providers are 5 GH. Also they have admitted that multiple customers have the same issue when replacing to a new router. It is really unacceptable and not a very good business practice if Belkin is selling products that are hard to connect to a home Wifi after replacing a router. Their products are not cheap and you also have to install them. Not a good business practice. They are taking advantage of customers by not disclosing these issues prior to purchasing their products.

    Secure Holder with Carabiner for AirTag SKU: MSC008btBK Order date: 3/15/2023 vendor: apple 2 year warranty broken, normal wear and tear. faulty product. belkin refusing to replace.under warranty they need to replace / refund on their dime.not ask me to pay to ship faulty product back to them.

    I purchase a ? 45 Apple 15 ************** protector, because they advertise life time guaranty in an Apple Store. When I went to Apple to claim for a replacement guaranty I was told to call Belkin.Which I did. It has been 3 months from my original request to belkin and a bunch of excuses and lies, they stopped answering my calls and dont respond my emails.Its a rip off dont buy from them. Their customer service are from ***** or an Asian country

    I purchased a screen protector when i bought a new iPhone 14 on 01/10/2024. This was the only screen protector that ******* offered.I was advised to keep the envelope the protector came in and to register the product, as it had a Lifetime Warranty. I did that on the day of purchase.By the end of March, the protector developed a bubble and eventually cracked. I filed for a replacement. Sending pictures of the damage, the product envelope with the bar code, product ID and the price.Subsequently the have been four(4) additional denials/ requests for information, which had all been given previously.All i want is for the warranty to be honored and the screen protector replaced

    the lifetime warranty on the glass screen protector that is applied by an Apple retailer is false and misleading.If you have more than one request to replace Belkin complicates the process to replace so the consumer will have to spend 4 to 6 hours processing only to find that Belkin requires the customer to courier the damaged screen saver back to them leaving your phone unprotected while you wait for the replacement.This is not explained in the warranty information nor at the retailer The cost of the product is 3 x what you would pay elsewhere so I assumed the service would equal the price point but no such luck
