    I recently purchased and installed Wemo devices throughout my home, only to learn that Belkin will discontinue support and app functionality for these products in early 2026. This means many features I relied onincluding remote access and voice assistant integrationwill stop working soon after my investment. Im extremely disappointed that a major brand would end support for products still being sold and used by recent customers. I expected longer-term reliability and support from Belkin.

    Sorry, I didn't read the reviews before purchasing. Yep, like many it was purchased where the phone was purchased. I tried using the warranty only to be told I needed the original receipt to confirm model. Provided the cc receipt, confirmed model number with the company where i made the purchased. Registered as I was told. But no where did I see or was told I needed to keep the receipt. Purchased was 11/2023. I asked what was the point of registration. Ohh, in case there was an upgrade since purchased. By the way there has been no update/upgrade.Only buy if you "keep the receipt" for your lifetime warranty. Interesting to see what excuse they will come up with if you do. Average person does not keep old receipts especially for items less than $100

    Belkin screen protectors are a SCAM! They get you because they sell through reputable stores like ***** and ****** who you trust so your guard is down. The reps are told to lie and say it has a lifetime warranty so you just save this little brown warranty card and bring it back if you get any chips are cracks. Mine chipped in 3 places in 3 months and they wont replace it. It is GARBAGE!

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Screen protector for an iPhone i purchased cracked without any drop or fall the same day it was installed and they won't replace it despite a lifetime limited warranty. $40 of garbage and lifetime warranty is falsely advertised

    Disappointed with Belkins Lifetime Warranty Its a Scam!I purchased a Belkin screen protector specifically because of their advertised lifetime warranty, believing that I would have peace of mind if anything happened to it. Well, that was a mistake!When my screen protector developed cracks from regular use, I reached out to Belkin for a replacement, as promised in their policy. After jumping through hoopsproviding proof of purchase, photos, and multiple emails back and forththey simply refused to honor their warranty. Its clear that Belkins so-called lifetime warranty is just a marketing gimmick to get people to buy their overpriced products. If youre considering buying from them based on this promise, dont fall for ityoull just end up frustrated and out of pocket. There are plenty of other brands out there with better customer service and integrity. Avoid **********************!

    I was told that my screen protector has lifetime warranty which is why I purchased it. When I contacted the chat support, I was connected with someone name ********** *******. She told me that their lifetime warranty is good for 5 years and only covers manufacture defects. Their wording doesn't make sense, Is it 5 years or lifetime? This is a recurring issue with this screen protector as I had to have it replaced less than a year ago. Last time, they replaced it and now they can't. They gave me a defective screen protector that is not durable. I feel cheated, lied to and this is a waste of money and a scam.

    If I could give less I would. **************** is rude they are slow to respond and then dont want to stand behind their warranty and then when the do respond have the audacity to tell the customer to respond to them within 48 hours or they will close their case! I have always used zagg prior and be going back to them after this.

    I would not recommend that anyone buy a product from Belkin. I bought a $39.00 screen protector "insurance plan" and it's been nothing but back and forth emails about a replacement. Now they are "out of stock" (after having to send multiple pictures and emails that is so time consuming!). Funny how ****** is not "out of stock" on a screen protector that fits my phone. My advice - save your money! Trying to get a product or a return/replacement with this company is nothing but difficult.............to the point where you just give up because it's not worth it. I can't even give them 1 star but it seems I have to do that in order to leave this review.
