    On January 21, 2022 my ********** purchased two screen protectors at the Apple Store, for $84.69 (w/tax included). They told us that they had a lifetime warranty. That if we ever needed to replace them we would need to contact Belkin to have the new screen protectors sent to us. Then bring it into the ************ would apply the screen protector for us.When our screen proctors broke I reached out to have mine replaced. On January 13, 2023 I reached out to Belkin, explaining that I needed a replacement screen protector. I provided photos of: my receipt (w/the 2 products list), damaged screen protector (that was still on my phone), & the packaging the screen protector came in. On 1/4: told that my replacement had already been processed. On 1/18: informed that due to the product being obsolete, Belkin were offering us a refund. (which arrived on 2/1). On 1/22: told that he products would be replaced. I asked for clarification. On 1/23: Belkin **************** email me & said that they had successfully forwarded my refund for processing in the amount of $ ***** & a check would mail me a check. I instantly replied, telling them that we had in fact bought two screen protectors for the same type of phone & attached photos of the damaged screen protector, still on the phone.From 1/27/23 until today 3/2/23, I have been emailing Belkin asking for a refund for the second screen protector. No answer. I emailed them again on 2/6/23, outlining every transaction I had with them & explaining that if I did not get refunded I would be reaching out to the BBB. They claimed that they had issued a new check and I should receive it within 30 days!!!!!I am reaching out because I have asked for a refund for both products & have been given the run-around for 7 weeks!! I have done everything I can to get refunded for these products (that they no longer carry) and they are not following through.

    In 2012, I purchased a Belkin Hi-Speed USB 2.0 4-Port Ultra-Mini Hub on Amazon.com.One of the reasons I purchased it was because of their Lifetime Warranty. The hub was no longer working and I contacted the company. I was told that their Lifetime Warranty is only good for 5 years and they no longer make this product. I asked why then, are you presently selling it on Amazaon.com for $29.99? He said he had no idea why they are selling it on Amazaon.com.I then asked for their corporate headquarters address and was told to call **************** for anymore assistance.My question is, what does Lifetime Warranty mean? To me, it means the company will replace their product with the same or similar product for the life of the user, and if the product is no longer available, a comparable product will be sent, free of charge.Also, if the product is supposedly obsolete, why then is Belkin selling it on Amazon? Since I bought a new on Amazon.com for $29.99 + ****= $32.61, they should refund my money.

    That is correct, we only received the email confirming the address on the 14th of April whereas we sent the email days prior. Please allow us a week to process the paper check.     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I have just recently received compensation for the warranty item that the company stated in their ad was covered for lifetime.  I'm only sorry that the company did not originally stand behind their product's warranty, changed their stance on what constitutes a lifetime warranty and took this long to resolve what was a very simple request....replace with a similar product and/or pay for a new one.

    I now consider this matter closed until next time.

    I am dylen. ********* stepdad ************************* and me and him called Belkin about his 2.5k MagSafe charger and they tryed to say my stepson ***************************** sent fake pic of his charger and charger box and he's only 14 when he called them to deal with with me on the line with him they and by saying he sent fake pics off ****** like they said to him with me on line with him that is called defamation of character witch is against the law and when talked to them about the 2.5k charger they said they was out of stock and would send said they the 10k MagSafe charger and they we been fighting with them seens the 1/11/23 see we never got the order and they keep saying that dylen got it that day when he was at school and I was home and no one stoped it off to us even no it said it was delivered and filed a clam with *** and been calling ever day seens to get to re send it and they said if was to send again I would have to wait to the end of February Desired Settlement:I want my 10k MagSafe charger asap ; Exchange; Refund

    Hi I am I never got BoostCharge **************************** 2.5K MagSafe compatible for latest iPhone 14, 13 and ********************************************************************************* the 5k one with stand and from this tracking number Your replacement has shipped. You may track your package here: 1Z720A5X0306948356 it said it was delivered on 1/11/23 but no one I live or my self got the package and call us 4 times about seens 1/11/23 and us gave me the run around all I want is the 5k power bank with stand us told ne us was sending seeing u did not have BoostCharge **************************** 2.5K and I filed a lost and stolen clam with *** and gave them the emails I have for us and ur phone number to deal with us about like I am all u want is my replacement I never received

    I placed an order, #BEC00077425, on 12/22 but received no confirmation. Five days later on 12/27 at 1:40pm after I already purchased the same item from another seller, I received a confirmation email for this order along with a shipping confirmation at the exact same time. I attempted to cancel this order immediately, but Belkin provides no means to do this OR to return an item on their website. I have been redirected to their call center multiple times but been unable to speak to anyone. I wanted to cancel this order after it surprise-completed five days after placing it, and now I want to return it unopened for a refund. I have never dealt with an online retailer who made this so difficult to accomplish.

    Order Number: BEC00051265 I ordered a screen protector. on 11/21/22 I received a damaged screen protector from Belkin.com. I have requested replacements and they continue to send damaged goods - each screen has an identical crack on a corner.11/21/22: Original Order - Received damaged (1)11/30/22: Replacement Request (SORMA504904) - Received damaged (2)12/7/22: Replacement Request (SORMA508133) - Received damaged (3)12/13/22: Replacement Request (SORMA51914) - Received damaged (4)12/19/22: Replacement Request (Case Number ********). Belkin wants me to pay to ship the most recent damaged product in order to get a replacement. I do NOT want to pay for additional shipping to return damaged product that they sent to me. They refuse to provide a shipping label. I called customer service on 12/30/22 and no supervisor was available. I would like a full refund of $29.49.

    I purchased a Belkin screen protector for iPhone 14 pro *** from ****************** ******************** on 09/23/2022 . It was applied by Apple staff using a professional applicator. The only reason I bought such expensive $40 screen protector is because it was professionally applicable and they said it will be lifetime warranty. If any problem happens I will reach Belkin and they will send me a replacement that Apple will be able to apply if I take to them. Now after two months, my screen protector peeled off from corner. Now I reached out to Belkin and they have started their drama. First they said that the same professionally applied protector for 14 pro *** are out of stock!! ( within 2 months of a lifetime warranty!!). That's why they offered me a self-applicable protector OVA104zz which makes no sense because Apple cannot apply it. Alternatively, they offered me a $24 professionally applicable protector SFA072ec which they call "comparable" to a $40 protector. To me, comparable replacement means two things: (1) it needs to be professionally applicable, and (2) it needs to hold the equal or higher price. But the company is trying to negotiate with this. I also claimed full refund if they cannot fullfill the warranty. The company arrogantly said either accept our solution or just wait until the product restocks. How long can I wait with a peeled off protector on a brand new iPhone? This is a complete fraud company and Apple should be warned about them too. They may not have any reputation or self-respect but Apple does, right? Please be aware. It's been more than 7 days and I am living with an unprotected $1400 phone because of Belkin's irresponsibility and fraud customer support.

    I have two RMA requests for refunds due to defective products with this company and they now no longer respond. I have attempted to email and call them numerous times and even explained I would be filing a *** complaint. They apparently do not care.     Nobody from the "office of the president" has reached out to me at all. All I received was an anonymous type email from "customer service" saying they were refunding my money for the two headphones. However, this did not include the tax. So I responded back as to why they were excluding the tax? The business claims they were never paid the tax that this goes to the "government". I said that was fine that I wasn't going to argue anymore about this ridiculousness and just to process my refund. However, if someone from their "office of the president" was supposed to reach out to me, that has not happened so I do not accept their response as it's written today. Thank you.

    I purchased a pair of headphones from belkin. I would like to return the item. Their customer service line is only for technical support. Their chat feature online, the person I spoke with gave me the number to a different company and said they couldn't provide the customer service number. Technic support said they couldn't provide the number for customer support. The phone tree customer service option hangs up the phone. I don't know what else to do.
