    Placed an order last Tuesday. It is now Monday. I called this past Friday about an update. ** agent said it was already processed and theyre awaiting **** to pick it up. Strange ? Doesnt the **** drop off mail daily ? Anyway.. Well its been awaiting pick up since then I guess. Because I dont have any info. Package could still be sitting on the shelf waiting to be put into an envelope or shipping box for all I know ?. Unless youre willing to wait 3-4 business weeks, maybe save your effort with this company and walk into a local store. Sadly Im in dire need. I havent been able to use my new cell phone because I fear dropping and shattering the screen.. ;( so were going in over a week now. Possibly two weeks before I get my screen protector.

    I bought 4 Belkin surge protectors that had coaxial cable and Ethernet cord protection. I found that using either of those degraded the Internet going to my modem. Using just the coaxial input/output degraded the *** antenna signal going to my TVs to such an extent they were unusable. Not worth the extra money.

    Belkin has terrible customer service, I bought screen protector for iPhone 15 at ****** and after 3 months corners were broken, when i bought they told me life time warranty but good luck to get a replacement, they said product discontinue and nothing they can do....This company is scammers

    Although I had good luck with Belkin products in the past, the company now has terrible customer service.The website says, "All purchases made directly on Belkin.com are covered by a 30-day no-hassle return warranty." It definitely is NOT "no-hassle." When I wanted to return a hub that was overheating, I started with the website, which led me to a dead end. When I contacted the chat line for direction on how to do this online, the person said that I would need to call tech support for the product, even though I explained that I wanted a return, not tech support. Getting through on the phone call to "tech support" took 57 minutes and the person asked for spelling of ordinary words, so, while polite, definitely was not an English speaker. After this phone call, I got a phone call back, asking for my address again as the person had written down a 9 for an 8 in my address -- which presumably would have meant another long call to respond if I hadn't been available to catch that particular call.The *** came via email, with instructions telling me that unless the product arrived at their office within 14 days, the *** would no longer be valid and they would charge me to return the package. The return also would be void if the package was not marked clearly with the *** on the outside and everything needed to be in new condition in original packing. Given slow postal service these days, I chose to return the product via 2 day priority mail -- and thus also use a method that provided insurance for the package.Belkin finally *did* refund most of the purchase price, though for some reason they kept 80 cents of the sales tax from my original purchase. NOT a good experience.

    Belkin offers the absolute WORST **************** I have ever received from a Chinese owned company. Foxconn owns Belkin which is not an ********************* Apple sells their poor quality products and I do not recommend that you purchase Belkin screen protectors. They don't last well, poor quality, and horrible customer responses to try to obtain a replacement. Belkin is a total RIPOFF!!! Do not buy anything from BELKIN. Period!!!! I actually rate them ZERO stars but had to submit something.

    Do not purchase Belkin products. The company does not back up the warranty for their products. I sent a picture of the barcode from the box, and the receipt. The item is abbreviated on the receipt, and they keep telling me I need proof. If you ****** the number on the side of the barcode it pulls up the Belkin Cord. If you are going to buy a phone charging cord do not buy Belkin. It is really sad that companys can get away with anything. Its the principle, im tired of being scammed.

    I bought a few items from their website, and needed to return two of the items. Pretty straightforward. Belkin only manages returns if you call (not possible online or in a chat) between 9 and 9 M-F, and even then, you are on hold forever, to the point you have to drop off. They clearly don't want customers to return items, and make it extremely difficult to do so. Very disappointed in this business and the company/brand is not what it once was.

    Belkin warranty for screen protectors is a total scam. They take way beyond the 48 hours to respond to emails. They continuously delay, and disregard a receipt for screen protector from the actual apple store. Oh, and they also wanted it in PDF only which I did. Also their piece of junk product only lasted 2 months so it's just total garbage.

    I got the screen protector for my wifes iPhone we bought from Apple Store. It supposed to come lifetime, but it is SCAM, which I never thought can be a case because I was buying from the prestige store. Unfortunately for us there are so many things that you need to do, keep your cracked screen on the phone, and dont replace it before you can prove it was damaged, keeping a receipt for lifetime, and other ridiculous things too. It is better to buy cheaper staff or something that I have on my other phone from ********* where I go in and ask them to replace, which they do on a spot for me. Just stay away from Belkin products in general because they will always try to find a reason to deny your warranty, by asking so many forms and proofs that you need to keep for a proof, to get your warranty. Hope it will help someone

    This company has worst customer service. I was told by Apple that Belkin had lifetimes warranty. They keep on asking same questions after I submitted a claim for a cracked screen protector. I was given iPhone pro *** 14 screen protector by Apple, but I have iPhone 13 Pro **** They are questioning that. So many emails back and forth and still no screen protector. Its a pathetic company. Never buy a Belkin screen protector ever.
