    I will never buy another Belkin screen protector. I purchased a new phone and bought the protector from that store so they could put it on for me. I never buy the self install kind. When it shattered after dropping my phone, I contacted Belkin. They refused to send the kind that I take to the store for installation. They insisted that is not the kind I purchased. So reluctantly I said to send me the self install one. I followed the instructions slowly and exactly like it said. There are so many bubbles in it!! Which is why I never buy that kind. I am now purchased a different brand from another store and will never buy a Belkin!

    We bought our phones at ******* and we bought the screen protectors from Belkin company, we were told at ******* that we needed to register our product and we had 2 year warranty, however, now, not even 6 months I need replacement, I went in the Belkin page, fill out the form. I received an email asking me for proof of purchase, I sent it, then, silent. I called the 1 800 number and the people kept telling me they could not help me. I call 4 times, spent more than 1 hours. Finally one lady told me that I needed to go to ******* and ask them for the product number, WHAT KIND OF B.S. IS THAT????????Give me a break that is dishonesty to the next level.

    I bought a phone screen from Belkin and it is the absolute absolute absolute. It destroyed my phone within a day. Provides no protection. I give it a zero because I will never consider using their phone screen and it is supposed to be replaceable. I threw away my money because I will never get a Belkin phone screen.

    The claim process is a hassle. I bought the screen protector from apple and they say it is lifetime replacement. After a year using, my phone fell on the floor and protector screen was broken. I filed a complaint and I have been told that I have to ship the broken piece to LA and I will be receiving it over mail once they review. This is a crappy one. Please purchase something cheaper from Amazon so you don't have to go with this hassle. Very disappointed with this. Don't buy this expensive protector.
