SMILE ACTIVES IS A SCAM. I tried smile actives and it didn't whiten my teeth as advertised. For my normal routine, I brush my teeth twice daily for 5 minutes with a whitening toothpaste. Some teeth aren't *********************** to begin with and no matter what they say you'll never get the results . Yes, you can bleach the surface but it won't last. Smile Actives will try and sell you all the gimmicks to whiten your teeth but if you buy into that because of your own vanity, you get exactly what you deserve,.SmileActives

The 2 for 1 /***** was a good deal. I had no idea I was signing up for reoccurring shipments/payments. The next shipment came along with a ***** chg. I thought ok, I'll keep it and I immediately canceled my account & subscription online. There were 2 more ***** chgs! Nowhere did I see one tube of Smileactives priced at *****! I lately received another chg for a second tube I have not received. **************** stated if I checked the agree to terms then I agreed to this! They had no record of me canceling! I believe this is fraudulent & dishonest. Costly, ****** payments later.SmileActives

More specifically, for the offer you purchased, the order summary in your shopping cart stated: One month after your first order is shipped, and then approximately every three months thereafter, you will be sent a new three-month supply of Daily Pro Whitening Gel. Each shipment will be charged to the card you provide today, in three monthly payments at the low price of $24.95 plus $2.99 for shipping and handling per month. All orders are subject to applicable sales tax. We regret if you found the offer unclear in any way.
Your account was cancelled on 2/22 per your request. Please be advised that our records do not reflect any calls received from the phone number provided with your order, nor any other contact received in reference to your account either before or since 2/22/24. Not worth the hassle- they lure you in with a small product sample and then sign you up for a subscription which you can only cancel if you pay the "balance" of $58 even though the email order confirmation says the subscription can be cancelled at any time for no further obligation. This company is a terrible scam! I received the buy one get one free sample and did not notice any whitening at all. I called customer service in ample time to cancel any future orders; after a long wait, a representative with broken English said my account was cancelled and I would receive no more shipments. A week later I received another shipment and they billed my credit card $35.00 which would charged fir another two months! I immediately called customer service again and explained I had canceled. The representative tried to get me to keep the shipment and the charges; I kept telling her to cancel this. I mailed the product back and called my credit card company to dispute the charge and not let them charge me anymore. Please do not order from this fraudulent company.
