    This company takes advantage of their customers in a very sleazy way. I purchased their product on Amazon and without my authorization thet enrolled me in a $46.00 monthly subscription service. I could not figure out why i continued to receive their products untill i finally spoke with a salesperson who informed me. When I tried to cancel they continued to try to downgrade my subscription. They would not refund any of the money they charged. I would definitely advice any customer considering this company to go elsewhere

    We regret to learn that you may have experienced any issues with the smileactives products, as you have stated. It is of utmost importance to us that any issues are documented and addressed.  Per our records a  Customer Specialist attempted to reach you by phone and sent an email on 8/21.  A message was left with contact information to callback if you choose.

    On 12/9, your 2nd shipment (a 90-day full-sized supply, with total cost split into 3 monthly payments) was sent as scheduled, with the 1st payment charged at the time of shipping.  The 2nd installment was charged on 1/9/23.

    On 2/9/23 we attempted to process your final payment for your 2nd shipment, but the request was declined by PayPal.  At this time the auto billing process was activated to send monthly notices advising of the balance.  

    On 4/26/23, per your mail correspondence, your account was cancelled.  While cancelling an account stops all future shipments, it does not cancel the balance due for orders already shipped prior to cancellation. They will continue to bill until paid in full or are returned for credit within the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, therefore, monthly billing notices continued to be sent.

    I never signed up for a subscription. I called when I received a second shipment shortly after my first and cancelled. I just got another shipment. And the product doesnt work. I feel like its a complete scam and they arent honoring my cancellation.

    This is a scam. Went for a TV offer of Buy one get one free. That came - no problem. Product seemed ok - nothing special. One month later I was billed for $30.32. I called Amex to block this scam as I had not ordered any additional product. Three days later I got a package from them. I returned it unopened but had to spend $8.42 to have the return tracked. Once this "company" has your credit card on file, they will carry on billing and sending unwanted stuff. This is a scam!

    If there was a zero stars option, I would take it. This is perhaps most certainly the worst company I have ever dealt with. The bullying received from this company is reprehensible. The product, Smile Actives, does not work. Period. I called on numerous occasions to cancel, and instead, I kept receiving the product along with invoices for a product that I EMPHATICALLY stated that I no longer wanted. Each time I called, same thing. And now, to receive a letter from an ********************* is the last straw. I am seeking legal action against this company for harassment. Were talking $30.18. Do not do business with this company. Their deceptive and aggressive business practices are beyond reproach.
