    It doesn't work as well as advertised, and if you sign up for a membership. Good luck getting it canceled. They charge you without notice and you have to call or chat with customer service who will try and convince you to keep a membership instead of allowing you to cancel in a timely manner.

    This is a Scam. After 6 weeks brushing morning, noon and night No Visible Whitening. I just threw my $80 down the dain. VERY DISAPOINTED. I have used other whiteners and get results immediately. I was DUPED by advertisers on TV. My BIG MISTAKE. Buyer Beware!!!

    OCP LLC , aka, smileactives is one of the WORST Consumer "Trial or promotional" products SCAM'S, and really surprised that they are still advertising their FALSEHOOD'S on cable TV.In summary, this product is an absolute FAILURE, as it does NOT produce nor render ANY of their "whitening effect", within LESS THAN 2 WEEKS!That's SCAM #1 ... SCAM #2 is how they are ABUSING their own Web Public Notice of " No-commitments" and Easy to Cancel notice. * SCAM #3 - Use of Trick-photography on TV to Display a 1 OZ stick of Whitening Powerhouse Gel, that's the Actual Size of 4" x 1", with the Whitening Pen, the size of a small CRAYON.* SCAM #4 - even if you CANCEL (via PayPal), they will still continue to Charge /Over-charge on any UNSOLICITED orders. * SCAM #5 - NEVER gave any 2 to 4-week NOTICE of any upcoming CHARGES, Nor, Pending Shipments, so that Consumer's *** CANCEL, or, CHANGE order.     One star is too many, ************************ is a total Rip-off. When they are not draining your PayPal account with unwanted purchases, their contact information is in Segundo, **. First it was $29, then I got a bill for $88. Returns are sent to *****, ** and to pay for a product you didn't want or order they want you send them money $59 to ******, ** with a population of *****, but when you talk to a live person, or live chat they send you to talk to someone in ***************? I wish I read these BBB reviews before the purchase.

    I would give it less than 1 star, DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT, DOESNT WORK AT ALL. FALSE ADVERTISING. DONT BUY IT, THEY LYED. IT JUST FOAMS UP IN YOUR MOUTH AND DOESNT EVEN STAY ON YOUR TEETH, IT GETS SO FOAMY YOU HV TO SPIT IT OUT AND THATS USING THE RECOMENDED AMOUNT. PASS THIS ONE BY.

    This company is a scam. You can only buy it on a re-order, so I thought I would try it and renew one month and see what happens. So after two weeks, they send me a refill and then a week later, I got an oversize tube in the mail for $150. And they just keep charging your card. Luckily I used PayPal and they refunded me right away And canceled the subscription. Now I keep getting bills in the mail an email saying I owe them money.

    This is a scam. The first order is $27, the second, for the same, is $91, and the product doesn't work. Trying to cancel and it's very hard and not clear that that they ever will actually cancel. A nightmare.

    I was recommended whitening gel from smileactives from my dentist.. wish she told me how manipulative this company's practices are. I ordered two of the small bottles seeing fine print about a subscription, believing I could cancel it easily as there was clearly written "no-commitments" and easy to cancel on the website. Needless to say, when I realized that it's actually impossible to do so on the purposely made website, I did research and found the countless numbers of individuals having a similar experience yet unfortunately not realizing until they were charged again. I'll be promptly cancelling the subscription and I do not trust any company like this with my credit card details. Any company that purposely tries to deceive their customers and make it ****** difficult to escape auto-refills cannot be trusted in any way.

    This is a very scammy business. I ordered a kit to try it for $24.99, and didn't realize they were storing my payment method and would keep charging me, without email notification, for regular shipments of product. I luckily caught it when the second charge came through, but they had already shipped my item and told me that I had to pay to return it and then they would refund me. It was impossible to figure out how to cancel my "membership" and then when I asked customer service to delete my account and personal information, I was told no. When I asked why they would not delete my account and personal information, I was told that it was because "I might want to order again in the future!" Do NOT give this company your money or information.
