    Their customer service is very helpful and patient. They assisted with what was a mechanical problem with stamp/label printer that was not their issue at all. My only complaint is their shipping department is used to shipping paper, it appears, and not delicate devices. The 3 times sent me a postage scale in the product package not inside another shipping box with packing material to protect it from damage. I know customer service sent shipping notes, no response from shipping. The system works well and is relatively convenient and usually logical to use.

    I have used stamps.com for my business for the last 10 or so years . I have found them to provide excellent service and the software is easy to understand and use. I recommend them highly if you have enough mailing to do to justify the monthly service charge.

    Great customer service, but they never emailed or send a letter stating they had billed me for my membership during my membership, they did email me purchase confirmations. I had only caught wind of getting billed when I was checking my recent spending habits and came across it. I originally tried to cancel my account before my trial period but was unable to find it and forgot about it. I eventually googled how to cancel and struggled doing it via mobile but figured it out. To my surprise I got an email with a final bill statement a few days later.Customer service helped me with a resolution that made me feel better, but Im still not happy about the experience I had.

    I am elderly and housebound. Stamps.com has been enormously helpful to me for the past several years. The price is reasonable. The customer service is very responsive and the personnel are pleasant and courteous. I really could not do without them.

    I have been a customer of ********************** for many years. They offer the convenience of being able to print your own postage for letters or packages and, if priority mail, you can even schedule a no-cost pickup of outgoing mail during the next regular delivery day. They even offer a very low-cost plan for those who don't use ************ every day and have a more limited need of its services.And, a big bonus is that they still offer really good old-fashioned not-outsourced customer and technical support! I plan on remaining a customer of ********************** as long as they continue to deliver good products and services for a good price!

    I am a small business owner, and I had been using **** for a number of years, sending around 10 or 20 packages out to customers daily. As **** pricing had been rising and rising, I looked around to see if I could reduce my costs. **** do have a pricing structure which reduces cost with bulk mailing, however, my business was not large enough to meet their criteria. I was advised to look at Stamps.com, which, if I joined, would charge me a small monthly fee, and my mailing would then qualify for the **** discount. End result, what I save on the **** discount, easily offsets my costs with using Stamps.com. I save money using Stamps.com folks! And I have to say, any issues that *** arise with their software, is quickly and professionally resolved with a quick toll-free call to their *************** team. So glad I discovered the excellent Stamps.com!
