    Quick and convenient! I control when I purchase postage and how much I purchase. I can leave packages in my mailbox to be picked up by the mail carrier, so there's no need to make trips to the post office. Highly recommended.

    The representatives take the time to literally walk you through the steps on how to use the programs. It is awesome to have the added convenience of having all the stamps that you need right in your home, so that there is no need for a drive to the post office just to mail one letter.

    The customer service is great. All the reps have been friendly and knowledgeable. Companies need to have great reps when they have a clunky user interface. They really should invest in improving the website so its more intuitive. Its outdated right now.

    I got on board from the beginning. It has been a tremendous help to my wife's small business as she doesn't have to go to the *********** every day but can do almost everything at home. It's not hard to setup and customer service is always there. In fact, I've had to use customer service and they've fixed me right up the same day. I really do give them an A+
