    I have been a satisfied user of ********************** for many years. The web version is easy and intuitive. Whenever I add or upgrade a printer, technical support is always able to resolve any issues with the alignment on envelopes; including during my call a few days ago.

    We've used stamps.com for years and it's been a big time saver. Postage prints out quickly. An email is sent to recipients when the postage is printed so they can track orders without having to call us. Purchased the thermal printer from them and it's been used everyday for years with no problems. Their prices for labels are better than from the office stores. Highly recommend.

    I wish I didn't have to buy an adapter to attach the scale to my MacBook Pro. That the only drawback. I can't use the service until I get the adapter. I had hoped in the years since I used the service that the technology had kept up.

    I have used Stamps.com since 2007! I have never had a situation come up that they didn't go above and beyond to fix. Just this week I had a printer issue, where I wound up with a misprint. It was going to cost me as much to send in the reprint as I'd be requesting as a refund! I called with my concern, and Stamps.com made it right, lickety-split! The agent was awesome, sympathetic to my issue, and we were off the phone in less than 5 minutes, including hold time!I would recommend this company to anyone. Personal or business, they get things moving!One suggestion I'd give, to avoid this issue, is for there to be a way to address certain misprint issues online. I know there are some options for electronic refunds, but they are limited, and it's hard to know what does and doesn't qualify. For example, maybe any transaction under $1, or maybe when something doesn't print at all and there is nothing to send back. Great Company!
