    They presented themselves selling a roll of stamps at a cheap cost. After purchase I just filed email in my purchases category. This was last June. I don't review my credit card statements as I am very trusting and gullible. I recently was going over my charges when I saw a charge from them for $18.17. I reviewed previous statements and found I was being charged this amount since June of 2022. It was a scam. Once they do their quick sales they keep your credit card information and that led to a total of $198.70.

    Stamps.com works well for me. I started using them probably ten years ago when I had several hundred newsletters to mail each month. This was great with a printer that would print the postage along with the addressee as well as the bar code. Nowadays, I only need it for less than 30 each month for a different client. While the monthly fee I pay is under $15, the fact that I don't have to physically visit a post office and then wait in line for stamps is well worth the cost. I've also use their technical help more than once with overwhelming success.

    I placed an order on 02/27 at 9am but never received a confirmation the order was placed. I called back later in the afternoon to see why I never had a confirmation email for the purchase. The representative was very nice and said they were unable to see the order either. They then helped me place another order and even issued the $50 discount for being a new customer. Later that afternoon I received a confirmation email for both orders. I called back and was told that they could not cancel either order and that I just need to do a return to sender when we receive the order we do not want and call them after it returns to get the refund. I called them a couple of weeks later to give them time to receive the order and asked about the refund. They said they would be processing a check and it would take 10 to 12 weeks for the check to arrive. I explained that it was charged on a company credit card and for accounting reasons we will need it refunded back to that card. The representative said they were unable to do it. I asked to speak with a manager and they had none available so I was told to call back because she was unable to have a supervisor contact me. The customer service representatives are very friendly but the policy is very flawed. Since it was their fault that caused the issue of a double order I feel they should be able to make an exception to their bad policies to make a customer feel better about their service.

    Their website is clunky for bulk orders of more than 100 labels - keep orders to under 100 at once and you'll be ok. Otherwise, their customer service representatives are very helpful, kind, and friendly, and helped me navigate my issues with professionalism and patience. Thanks Stamps.com!

    Great service, saves me a lot of time from running to the **** Great customer service as well. Highly recommend. The service fee is a bit higher than I'd like, but it's so easy and intuitive that I'll be keeping Stamps.com as long as I'm in business.
