    I had a technical issue and they stuck by me until it was resolved. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and kind. Can't ask for much more than that!

    I never use the service I attempted to but had so much trouble it ended up costing me $63 somewhere close to that didn't even use it that was just to cancel when I still had to pay $63 just to cancel

    I am a homemaker who used to ship materials to parents who educated their children at home. Using the software allowed me to create and personalize my items so quickly and easily that I have stayed with the service for over 10years. Stamps.com has allowed me to switch plans based on my needs. My addresses are readily available and so easy to correct. A record of each transaction is recorded as you use the software, making it easy to avoid duplicates. Every business can enjoy this kind of flexibility! I truly enjoy my Stamps.com with Customer Support that is the Benchmark for the industry!

    I have been using Stamps.com for at least 12 years and have had excellent service and care. The convenience offered for in house mailing is essential to my business and stamps.com offers everything I need. On the rare occasion that I need some technical support, stamps.com has friendly, knowledgeable people that assist me in just a few minutes with ease.

    I've used Stamps.com since 2007, originally because I lived in a rural area with limited post office hours. I still use it. I love the ease of desk mailing options and the lower price, albeit there's a monthly fee. I never run out of stamps. If I have a problem--and problems are rare--I can easily and quickly get a real person on the line who always resolves it fully and courteously. Explanations are clear.

    Due to my own error I ended up choosing a recurring charge of $19.11 per month never using the product ! . After conferring with Customer Support my error was rectified and a refund is forthcoming ! Very satisfied with the resolution !

    Stamps is quick and efficient in an office setting. I recently had an issue where I couldn't print label from the site. I called in and within 10 minutes spoke with someone who I told my info to, transferred to a technician who quickly resolved my issue. Great experience.
