    Stamps.com allowed an account to be opened in my name and address that I did not open. I was sent a bill from UPS for a shipping transaction I did not do from a state I do not live in. After calling Stamps.com I was told I needed to provide an email address or account number in order to access the fraudulent account to cancel it. Of course I did not have that information since I did not open the account. Beware of this website's security and use of personal information.

    Not a long phone tree advising to listen carefully as our menu has changed. Call was answered within 1 minute by a real English speaking person who was able to verify the problem and let me know how to correct it...I was my credit card company logging the charge as fraudulent even though I purchase thousands of dollars of postage per year.

    A real person answers the phone every time. Also that person knows the answers to whatever your need is......everytime. I have been using stamps.com for 12 years and am not disappointed.

    I spoke with a representative today who could not have been more helpful in explaining the process and getting me all set up. She was very thorough and patient and stayed with me until all was complete.

    I am self-employed and work from my home office. Stamps.com has been a tremendous asset to my work flow - no trips to post office; documents go out quicker to my clients; postage expense is tracked in detail. And, it saves me on the cost of postage, packages and **** I've been a Stamps.com customer since 2009 and could not do without it.

    I was recently on Stamps.com trying to figure out how to use 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 labels. The customer service person who initially took the call put no effort in trying to help me but she transferred me to a gentleman. He was not only polite and kind, he solved my problem. I could actual tell that he was not going to let me off the phone until he solved my problem and he did! We need more people who are willing to go the extra mile to help someone. After all that is what customer support people get paid to do! I can't remember the gentleman's name but I wish I could so everyone would know how thankful I am for him doing his job with a great attitude and then going above the "call of duty nowadays" by actually solving the issue with a determination to not let go until it was done!

    We have been using stamps.com for several years. Besides a discount on the postage, we have found the employees very responsive to inquiries. Not only are they prompt, but knowledgeable and professional. If misprints, it is easy to obtain a refund back into the account. I highly recommend stamps.com. It is so nice not to have to go to the post office unless you have certified or registered mail to send. We can weigh, print the correct postage and drop in the mailbox. We love the convenience and savings.
