    Stamps.com is convenient and easy to work with. Any issues? **************** responds immediately and personally, no generic replies. The small monthly charge is well paid for by the postage savings and convenience of never leaving my office.

    This service is so simple to use, and so convenient. I have been using it for 17 years now and have no intention of changing. It is easy to contact a representative if there is any issue (technical or otherwise) and they are all knowledgeable and efficient, although I have had few reasons to call. I absolutely love not having to go to the post office and wait in line. Overall, I am extremely satisfied.

    My new book came out and I found myself running to the *************************** service agent introduced me to Stamps.com. I registered and purchased basic equipment to get started. They called me a few days after the purchase to ensure I got it setup okay. I did need a little tech help. Within 30 minutes, I printed my first series of stamps. I like this service. The serve representative was respectful, knowledgeable, and solutions-oriented.

    Stamps.com was there when I had an error on printing stamps. They refunded the money to the account and I was able to reprint the stamps correctly. They are awesome

    WE DO NOT RECOMMEND STAMPS.COM!!! Our office uses stamps daily and we were looking at our options. I am completely disappointed in the billing process. Even if you set up an account to look at prices and the ability to compare prices and suddenly you're being charged $18/month for services that I called and cancelled plus I have email correspondence with the company stating they would cancel our account and issue a refund. Well, 2 months later and we are still being billed and they now only agree to issue a refund for one month of $17.99. The hassle of dealing with this for months and the "subscription fees" while trying to run a business is the prime reason we DO NOT RECOMMEND!
