    I believe Stamps.com is a critical partner to my business. Once I established my business, I needed a shipping method that was both reliable and cost effective. Stamps.com excels at both of those features. And the benefits are time savings and cost savings for me. If ever there is any situation, their customer support or technical support staffs are truly awesome. Both staffs are polite, professional and succinct. If you do ship with **** or *** and want an easy method for printing postage labels, I highly recommend you check out Stamps.com

    I've been with Stamps.com for at least 30 years. I'm retired and I still use the software. It's so easy to print stamps or postage for returns or packages and my mailman picks the packages up the next day. Currently customers are saving 3cents per stamp. Think of your Christmas mailing! I order their Christmas stamps as well as other holiday or just fanciful ones. Support is online or a phone call away. I used them last night for what turned out to be a simple solution. I also print labels for Christmas (I just need to review for address changes or other) and also print a full page to those I send cards or letters to often. Stamps.com will also print postage on your letter you address at the same time. I just love this product and am so happy I could still use it when I retired.

    I am new to Stamps.com but so far it has been very easy to use their materials and web interface to print postage. They also sent me a free postage scale when I signed up. **************** is promptly responsive and excellent.

    I have used Stamps.com for years. It is an extremely useful program. I use it for postage labels, priority mail packages, and envelopes. **************** is excellent; you are not on hold for hours; you get prompt service and in my case a billing issue was easily resolved. The only complaint I have is that a function to print a priority mail label with tracking bar code but not including postage has been deleted from the program. I am a stamp collector and I prefer to use priority mail stamps on the package. Now I can no longer use Stamps.com to print a plain label onto which I could put a priority mail stamp. But still a 5-star rating.

    It turned out that I could not use the type of stamps Stamps.com provided. They were most helpful is diagnosing my problem and accepting return of the stamp roll that was sent. If I were in a business or other appropriate setting I would certainly use their product. The customer service provided by everyone who dealt with me was excellent.

    I'm new to Stamps .com and I find it extremely convenient. When I first got the the promo package I was having difficulty getting started but the phone support is terrific. Answered all my questions, walked me through a process I needed to understand , helped me order the right supplies and even saved me some money by ensuring I had the right service package to meet my needs.! The fact that all you have to do is drop stuff off in the mailbox saves me hours of time. I'm a CPA (sole practitioner) and always have Certified Mail going to the *** or other taxing authorities Also, packages don't lay around in my office for days until I get the chance to get to the post office. Access to *** is a big help as well. A very helpful service, worth every *****!
