    I worked with two technicians. The first one was foreign based and had a very strong dialect and skills were minimal. I requested a level up transfer and got a ** technician who was outstanding. Very efficient and got the job done.

    We have been using Stamps.com since the end of June. We are extremely happy with the service they have provided in both setting up our account and using their product. The customer service and technical support have been exceptional. We had a postage meter from various companies for many years and we have found stamps.com not only to be much more economical to use but it is also much easier to use. I wish we had signed up for stamps.com years ago.

    Love stamps.com ! Used many years! Convenient as I am handicapped and don't drive. I do large Christmas mailings. Contact list better than a paper address book easier to update. Don't have to hand write addressess and worry if legible. Misprints credited back if you have computer or printer problems. ***************** and tech support is patient and knowledgeable Always get my issues resolved asap. Wait time is sometimes long on the phone but, worth it!

    I have used Stamps.com for many years and have had no problems except the 5# scale not wanting to be recognized by the computer after updating. I called customer service and the lady that helped me got things straightened out in minutes. A button somehow got dotted when it shouldn't have. Could have been my fault, but was made to feel appreciative for the info.
