    Stamps.com has been such an amazing addition to our firm. Being able to have everything in one place is a GAME CHANGER! Being able to buy the supplies on the website is also very convenient so kudos to them! The prices are the best that you will find. Their customer service is also the best I have probably ever experienced. They are so helpful and happy to help. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a mailing company! 10/10!

    I used Stamps.com for a one-off mailing label months ago. I paid full price for postage and refused a subscription account. I only needed a single mailing label. A month or so later I found an unauthorized charge from Stamps.com on my debit card. I notified my bank of it and they were already familiar with how Stamps.com does business, so they cancelled my card (as it had effectively been stolen) and sent me a replacement. Of course, I contacted Stamps.com to complain and to ensure they had deleted anything to do with my identity from their system. I received no response from customer service. A month later, I received an automated email informing me they couldn't charge my card for subscription fee. Once again I contacted customer service, same again, no response. Yet every month they are sure to inform me they can't charge my card. A month ago I went through hassle of figuring out how to log in to an account I didn't authorize the creation of and manually deleted the account. But I *just* received another email telling me they couldn't charge my card. I returned to the website and found the account I had deleted right back as it was. I have attempted to delete the account again. I don't understand how any of this is legal and so here I am.

    I have used the service for less than a year. I thought I would get more use out of it. I emailed Stamps.com to close my account and within 2 emails and less than 24 hours my account was closed, with no problems. Closing the account is no slight on Stamps.com. I just did not use the service enough to justify keeping the account open. Their staff was very professional.
